Fantastic getaway!

This home is the PERFECT set up for a getaway! It is stocked with whatever you would need. The home is spotless and that says a lot coming from us because we are all clean-freaks. Our host Lane was so accommodating and helpful with any questions we had. We would stay here again anytime! Don’t think twice, book this home!

Perfection! Just need to add window coverings.

We needed a short term place to stay until our build was finished. Was exactly as expected, just wish there were blinds or other window coverings at least in sleeping areas. Also, there is not a large living room/gatehring area. Fine for the 3 of us, but not ideal for a large group.

Beautiful house close to downtown

Beautiful, clean home. Awesome location just a 5-10 min drive to downtown state college. Plenty of space for the 10 adults we had everyone got their own bed. Communication with Lane was spot on. Any issues that came up he was readily available by text and phone call. One thing to note is there are no blinds so it’s very bright in the morning. Also, not much couch space for all of us gals but other than that things were lovely. Definitely plan on staying again!

We had a wonderful time staying at this place. It was perfect for a large group going to a football game at Penn State. This is a really special place where every detail has been thought out and beautifully designed. Every bed in the bunkroom has it's own light and outlet. Towels are plentiful and there are 6 full bathrooms! We easily were able to stream content on the TVs and through the speakers. The firepit was so nice to hang around too. It was lovely that we were able to take a quick walk to the stream flowing nearby. We felt close enough to everything, but it was peaceful and quiet. We had plenty of parking and everyone in our group agree this place is an amazing lodging find! The host was responsive and wonderful too!

Pleasent time off

Reservation was a breeze and property manager is responsive. Now on to the property itself, if you ever wanted to live inside an IKEA kitchen/bath/living room props then this property is it! All modern design and appliances, large 4K TVs, simple yet comfortable furniture. We mainly rented this property so our TX and NY family could come together. Nothing to do, just hang out and spend time with eachother, thats exactly what we did. Fire pit outside was used for making smores and relaxing by the fire. Inside, bedding was nice and comfy. I must say, I’ve never come across a decent pool table in my previous rentals but this one here is Brunswick table and accessories, perfectly balanced for competitive games and family smack talk. Overall, we had a grand time, property is new and very clean, Lane is very responsive. I highly recommend it.

The place was beautiful and immaculate. The owners were very friendly and helpful upon arrival.

We loved the house so much. Very beautiful and cheery. We took a walk by the creek in the back, and utilized the fire pit in the evening. Would recommend highly to others as a great place to stay at Penn State.

Great getaway place

This property was great for our group of six women to gather for a time of learning and refreshment. Hosts were great to work with and the property is incredible. They had everything we needed from the time we pulled into the driveway until we left.
