About this property

Vacation in Paradise

Our home is a wonderful escape in tropical Florida located near Disney in a gated community. There are 6 bedrooms, 5 ½ baths, and a game room. The couch in the front room can be converted into an additional bed if needed. The pool and spa tub (not a "hot" tub) are right out the back door and provide an excellent way to end the day. We find the reception center to the resort a nice change of spa. With a large pool, game room, theater, mini golf course, basketball court and Tiki bar for a little dinner or drink. The resort in conveniently located to many restaurants and stores (a Wal-Mart is less than 5 minutes away ).

Thank you very much for the feedback. All the beds in the house were replaced only a few years ago, but I will take look at these and consider upgrading them on my next trip to FL. Regrading the kitchen- would you be so kind as to give me a more detailed list and I get those items ordered straight away. Mike

The overall space was perfect for my family of 8. There are upgrades needed for the property. One bed was broken could not use and the mattress was hard uncomfortable to sleep on in two rooms.

We are sorry that you didn't find the home up to your standards. Regarding the broken bed, both a pre and post inspection of the house by the property managers have not been able to identify which bed you had concerns. I wish you would have followed the instructions provided and notified the property managers while you were in the house so the matter could have been resolved during your stay. If you can identify which bedroom this was an issue, we will get it addressed right away. Regarding the hard mattress in two rooms. Unfortunately, this is truly a matter of what one person finds comfortable, another may not. The mattresses are all relatively new having been replaced a couple of years ago. Thank you Mike

Great Home

This was a great home for our extended stay in Kissimmee. Check in was very slick. The owner was very supportive and responsive. Pool at the house was great and the community pool at the resort clubhouse was a great spot with a tiki bar! Beds were very comfortable.

As we've updated much of furniture, pool furniture, flooring, etc. I'm not sure what Zaely was referring to, but will be taking a closer look our next time in FL. Also, without any context regarding cleanliness, I'm unable to provide the direct feedback to the property management team and their cleaning staff.

Overall great

Our stay was awesome, the host was and is very responsive and was extremely helpful before, during and after our stay! My only disappointment was some of the pictures on the listing didn’t match what the actual house looked like. But aside from that everything else was great, would definitely book again!

Thank you Brittney for your feedback. I agree our photos need to be updated to reflect the new flooring, new patio furniture as well as other improvements we've made. We have that planned for early this fall when things slow down and time allows. Thank you again Mike
