Moran Disney Rentals would love to welcome you to our Luxury 6 bedroom house which is perfectly located on the exclusive Emerald Island Resort community less than 3 miles from the Walt Disney a world Parks in Florida.
This property has 6 bedrooms two of which are master bedrooms with a further two and half bathrooms. This elegant and spacious home is perfect for family groups sleeping upto 12 guests.
The home has been professionally designed and furnished to the highest standard and will most certainly guarantee a fabulous vacation experience! Please note that pool heat is $30 per day.

Orlando Trip

The house was exceptional. The walls are stained. The house looks like it can be renovated on the inside. It was burning up inside time of check in. Cooled off when we left but middle of the night it was hot again. We thought it was a Jacuzzi/Spa but the water was cold. Our stay was nice for the price. The host responded quickly.

The ac shuts off if outside doors are left open and from my alarm notifications guests were in and out of the house all through the night. I also had complaint from the cleaners the morning of your departure of the house smelling really bad of lets say 'obnoxious exotic smoke'. Maybe make sure the doors are closed on future reservations :)

The check in process was ok. The house was really warm. Not unbearable but for it to be Florida, we would have expected for the house to cool down more than 75. We contacted the host and she said it was because of the doors being open, but we had closed all of the doors. The AC was not cooling properly. Also, she had portable fans in each room, which shows she knew about the cooling issues. We had a child with asthma with us and I expressed this to the host, but she continued with the story about the doors. We were very frustrated with the issue. It’s the summer in Florida, there should be adequate cooling in a vacation home. We should not have been uncomfortable.

My home ac works perfectly and your issue was that you left the doors open (outside temperature was 95 degrees in the heat of the afternoon) I have a system that tells me every time a door opens closes etc I have proof you left doors OPEN even after I told you the issue . Ac will not work effectively if doors and windows are left OPEN . It also states above every thermostat that the ac will shut down if doors are left OPEN. There are fans in the house for extra comfort as some people like to sleep with a fan ( i am one :)
