We stayed at this Lake Berkley villa during our three-week Florida holiday, and it was exactly what we were looking for. From the moment we arrived, we were so impressed by how clean and well-maintained the entire property was. The villa is incredibly spacious, giving us more than enough room to spread out and relax after long days out and about.The highlight for us was definitely outside — the pool area was so nice and provided the perfect spot to cool down and unwind in the evenings. Overall, we had a great time here and would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable base in Kissimmee!

We had a great stay and would recommend this home, especially for families. The house was well stocked, nicely furnished, and had everything we needed. The heated pool was a highlight and made our stay even more enjoyable. The host was very responsive and prompt whenever we had questions.A couple of minor things to note: the microwave was quite noisy while in use, and the property’s quiet hours were from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM, which is something to keep in mind if you’re traveling with a larger group or young kids. Overall, it was a comfortable, enjoyable stay, and we’d be happy to return.

Very nice, spacious, comfortable, the homes layout was perfect for larger families. The pool was wonderful and got a lot of use. The location is perfect too. Nice secure community.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property! The house is spacious, very clean, and exactly as described. The location is excellent — quiet neighborhood, very peaceful, and everything you need is close by including shopping.The equipment and furnishings are great, with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. We truly enjoyed our vacation here.One small suggestion: a little more information about the check-in process in advance, and perhaps a small welcome folder in the house with key information, would make the arrival even smoother — especially for international guests arriving late at night.Communication with the host was friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend this property and hope to return!Thank you Aimee for a great stay!

Overall we enjoyed our stay, Lake Barclay is a wonderful area. My observations of the property are as follows: The main bedroom looked nothing like the website photos, a demerit in my book The patio furniture could do with upgrading owing to rust. A visitors book explaining how everything works and describing the local area would certainly help, otherwise a great stay.

We have stayed at The Lake Berkley resort on many occasions but our first stay in this villa. We found the Villa was not as advertised in the photos and generally tired throughout. The villa was clean and tidy and had everything you would need but some facilities were not up to expectation, the washer & dryer did not operate properly, no tea spoons only plastic Mc Donald's tea spoons . The crockery was generally in poor condition especially the mugs, chipped, cracked and stained. Some of the glasses were unusable and cloudy. The chairs to the pool patio set were unusable due to rust and breakdown to the legs. . Having said that it was a nice villa we had a pleasant stay beds were comfortable and plenty of towels and pool towels. The view from the pool over the lake is beautiful the Pool was great we used this everyday and we paid for the heating which was great there is also a great selection of pool inflatables to use. Lake Berkley Resort is fantastic with great security and great location to everything. Host communication prior to our arrival was really good but had little contact once we arrived.
