This cozy condo feels like a classic Cape Cod cottage with a modern touch. An easy ten-minute walk to the town center, the property includes a private backyard with small deck and propane grill, dedicated parking for two cars, and all the other amenities needed for a perfect Ptown stay - including air conditioning in each room for the warmer summer days.

The cottage is ideal for up to two adults, with a full sleeper sofa in the living room and doors between rooms that can provide privacy if desired.

We fell in love with this cottage the moment we walked in--"cozy" was the first word that came to mind (the little backyard, such a bonus). It's away from the hustle and bustle, yet still a quick walk to all of the action on and around Commercial Street. In short: it was perfect for us.
