Maravilla 2313 is a remodeled, 3rd floor, corner unit in the most desirable Gulf front building in Miramar Beach, Florida - and it overlooks the pool! This is what you came to the beach for!! With brand new furnishings, you won't believe this is a rental. Fun for the whole family, our unit is close to major shopping venues, restaurants, movie theaters, downtown Destin and best of all, has an AMAZING, unobstructed view of the Gulf.

All of our properties require a Saturday-Saturday stay during Spring Break, Summer through Fall and holidays, unless last minute.

A note about supplies:

Beach Condos in Destin provides dish washing soap for your stay and an initial supply of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, hand soap, and 2 kitchen trash bags; enough to get you through your first 24 hours. We recommend you bring the following items for the remainder of your stay: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, napkins, spices/condiments, coffee and coffee filters, laundry detergent, hairdryer, beach towels, umbrella, beach chairs, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for an enjoyable vacation.

We had a great week at Maravilla and this condo was clean and tastefully decorated. It had a beautiful view of the pool and ocean. We would definitely return for a visit!

Over all an incredible location. Over looking the beach and pool in the morning with a cup of coffee was everything on this trip. Condo was clean and very well equipped. Beach service was very nice and helpful. Would definitely look at coming back on a furture trip.

This was our first time staying in Miramar Beach and won’t be our last! It was beautiful! The condo was so nice and is the perfect location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Loved being able to bring our dog Zoe. We think she loved it too!

Wonderful place!

Fantastic location - steps to the beach, incredible view, near the elevator too so it’s been easy to bring your luggage in. Everything is new down to the pots and pans...and it’s a beautiful kitchen. I’ve been renting at Miramar Beach for 20 years and this place is highly recommended.

Lovely location

The condo is right across the road from the private beach with white sand and crystal clear blue-green waters. Even during spring break, it was never very crowded on our beach and having the chairs and umbrella setup included was awesome. The balcony has a direct view of the ocean. The finishes in the condo are modern and nicely appointed, and it was wonderful having two full bathrooms.

Clean dog friendly unit

We had a great time! The view was awesome, even our dog enjoyed it. He would always sit on the balcony watching other dogs walk by. The unit is clean and well decorated. The wall art are beautiful and blended well with the decor! We will be using this unit again soon! Our girls even left a sweet note for the unit owner. They don't want to leave and don't want to come back in snowy Chicago! :D

The location is great, and contact for the condo was easy to get in touch with. However, it lacked on extra blankets, a bunk felt like an air mattress/box spring, a few red stains on a set of sheets on one bunk, the door going out to the patio was extremely hard to open and close. We contacted them about the mattress and appreciate the quick response in trying to get the handyman out to measure and replace it.

Much needed break!

We've stayed at Maravilla many times and have always enjoyed it. This year was no different. The condo was clean, beautifully decorated and exactly as described by the owner. The location was nice as it overlooks the pool with a great view of the ocean. With the recent (& still ongoing) Covid crisis, we weren't sure what to expect in Destin but we were pleasantly surprised. The restaurants were opened with measures in place to allow space between patrons. We ate at Pompano Joes and Kenny D's several times, each time eating on the patio in the fresh air. The beach was beautiful and a very welcome break from our recent stressful reality!

Pet friendly

I have stayed at Maravilla before in 2022 and loved it but unfortunately this trip wasn’t as enjoyable. There was construction going on from 6 am until midnight during Christmas at the condo across from this one, the elevator was out every day except one, the condo had black dog hair on the bedding and it stayed really cold in the condo even with the heat on 72-74. Also, the wifi would be unstable and wouldn’t be able to stream or even be on your phone for a majority of the time. The people did refund $200 for the inconvenience but never checked back in and it seemed low considering all of the issues. I wouldn’t choose Maravilla again after this experience but the area is beautiful.

The condo was just like it was described. Great location (directly across from the beach/restaurants/shopping), easy parking, and great unit location. Will definitely stay again!!

Excellent condo and view

The corner condo has a great view of the beach and ocean. We stayed during the spring break but did not have any issues with noise from neighboring condos. There was some noise from elsewhere on the property but we could only hear it from the balcony our outside the condo. The location is great. You do have to cross the street for beach access, but it was no problem with our 3 and 5 year olds. The beach service (2 chairs and umbrella) were great. Just remember to bring cash to tip the workers. Only issue we had was with the oven. The fridge comes out too far so you can't open the oven door all the way. We were able to use it but you have to be careful not to burn yourself when using the oven. Overall a great place to stay.

Great location, updated interior, ocean breeze. Master bed had horrible mattress, was replaced with new after 9 nights, complained after 1 night. Furniture is dated and worn out, very uncomfortable. I'm not sure which hurt my back more, the old mattress or the old furniture. If furniture is updated with maybe a more comfortable sofa and quality recliner, I would definitely book again but otherwise, no way. For the money I expected better.

Outstanding Fall Getaway!

Our condo was absolutely perfect! Beautifully furnished, extremely clean and efficient! We loved it! Loved the extra little details too - rugs beside the bed, rug on the balcony, and under the coffee table...this just makes the living environment so much warmer and cozier. We’ve stayed in other condos here but this one surpassed them all! Definitely coming back! Weather was perfect too - sunny and 70’s every day! Awesome vacation!

Amazing View

This was our first trip to Destin and it did not disappoint. The condo was beautifully decorated and met all of our needs. The only suggestion I have would be to invest in a nice high top table and chairs for the balcony so you can enjoy the amazing view.

The bedroom was the only issue we are experienced is the morning light. It woke us up very early. I recommend thicker curtains. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
