This third floor 2-bedroom 2-bathroom condominium is located on the Bay side of our property. The Bay side has a pool, hot tub and charcoal grills. It is also a very short stroll to the Gulf side part of our property which has another pool, fitness center, two tennis courts and our white sandy beach. This two bedroom units sleep a maximum of six people. The comfortably decorated master bedroom is furnished with a king bed a 32" TV and has a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has two queen beds 32" TV, and a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, toaster oven, crock pot, Keurig and a coffee maker. A variety of games, books and movies are available for use in the entertainment center in the living room the living room has a 50" TV . All TV's are smart TV's for connecting to your streaming account. The condo has tile throughout the unit. There is also a comfortably furnished outdoor patio that can be used by you and your family to enjoy our warm tropical breezes. Deposit & Cancellation Policy:
Please Note: Payments will be automatically taken on the date they are due with the credit card given at the time of booking. Changing units is considered a cancellation and all cancellation policies apply.
We require a rental contract is signed in the first 24hours after creating a reservation, A $200 cancellation fee will apply to all reservations canceled. If canceled 31 days or more to the scheduled arrival date, funds will be refunded fully minus the $200 fee. canceled within 30 days of arrival date funds of 50% will be refunded minus the $200 cancellation fee. If cancelled on the day of arrival or a no-show, all monies will be lost.
