This third floor 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condominium is located on the Gulf side of our property. For your convenience, the building has an elevator. Because of its central location, it is a short walk to our white sandy beach, the tennis courts, pool and charcoal barbeques. To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our two bedroom units sleep a maximum of six people. The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed with a 32" flat screen TV and there are two queen size beds in the guest bedroom with also a 32" flat screen TV. The beautiful master and guest bathrooms have walk-in showers and are both equipped with grab bars. For your entertainment, the living room is equipped with a large 60" flat screen TV with HD TV service. The modern, spacious kitchen has granite counter tops, and is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster and a coffee maker. The condo is completely tiled throughout. There is also extra living space because the patio has been incorporated into the living area furnished with a table and chairs.
