This option for the 7 bedroom, 5.5 bathroom lockout means the entire top/third floor gets locked so it is not usable.

Have a larger group? Each 7 bedroom lockout house at Breezyville has the ability to turn in to a 12 bedrooms!
Have an even larger group? There are four 12 bedroom houses at Breezyville!
