Breezyville Southwest Sand (7BR) is a 7 bedroom, 5.5 bathroom beach home located in a community that is directly on the white sandy beaches of Gulf Shores, Alabama. This house is also gulf front. This option for the 7 bedroom, 5.5 bathroom lockout means the entire top/third floor gets locked so it is not usable.

Have a larger group? Each 7 bedroom lockout house at Breezyville has the ability to turn in to a 12 bedrooms!
Have an even larger group? There are four 12 bedroom houses at Breezyville!

Fun beachfront property!

Beautiful house with all the amenities. Extremely convenient location directly on the beach with a partly shaded pool underneath. It was absolutely perfect. Would stay here again.

Plenty of dishes and cookware for a family of 13. Loved the 2 dishwashers! Good air conditioning to keep us cool on both floors. Plenty of sitting and a large table and counter. It worked out great for our family. Beautiful view and close to the beach and activities.

Great place on the beach! We had plenty of room for our family to be together and also find a place to be by ourselves if needed. The kitchen was awesome! It had plenty of room, dishes, cooking utensils, two dishwashers, large fridge and an ice maker. The beds were comfy. We had one little problem with the key fob for the gate and they promptly fixed it. We would recommend this property to any one who needs a place for a large group.

Breezyville Experience

The house was a perfect fit for our family. We had a group of 12 ranging in age from 3 to 70! Lots of gathering space in the kitchen/living room area. The layout of the bedrooms/baths was perfect. The beach access was easy and the pool was enjoyed by our group as well as others in the complex, but never overcrowded. The a/c worked well. Having 2 dishwashers was a definite plus. Well equipped kitchen. Could use a few more dishtowels and a couple of other things, but overall no complaints with the supplies. The main entry door to the unit is difficult to open and could use some attention. We did have a few cockroaches that liked to make appearances in the early morning hours. The host said they would send maintenance to spray, not sure if that happened as we were not always in the house and they may have come while we were out. These things being said, I would not hesitate to book this house again in the future.

Awesome location - disappointing condition of the condo.

The location and house itself are amazing but the property is in need of some repairs and attention. We saw several roaches. I let a maintenance guy know about the roaches and he said they would send an exterminator but they never came. For a property this nice and expensive it was disappointing that the details and upkeep were lacking when compared to other rentals I have stayed in. We were not able check in at 4:00 because the entry door is so damaged we thought it was locked and had to call maintenance to let us in. He came and showed us how to slam the door knob really hard just right so it would open and close. No offer to repair, he just told us how expensive it would be to get a new door. Sorry but one nights rental charge would cover it so that’s not an excuse. Kitchen cabinets were in need of repair with some lower cabinets hanging off the hinges. No kitchen spices are provided not even salt and pepper. The beds were uncomfortable. I’m overall disappointed and would not rent this unit again unless those issues were addressed.

Overall Great!

The home was clean, the location was great, and it accommodated our group nicely! We had a small issue with the AC but it was addressed by the management promptly! Our only complaint was that the 3rd floor water pressure in the showers was terrible - like barely trickling out - making it impossible to actually rinse shampoo out of your hair. (We contacted the management for this as well and they came to check it out, but didn't seem to have a solution). Although a bit inconvenient, this would not stop us from renting this house again because everything else was great!

Very spacious property that is in great condition, with high end appliances. Great view and easy access to beach. We had an issue with wifi, but it was resolved in a timely manner by management. Highly recommend this property, and I plan on renting this unit again in the future!

Beautiful views and large open living on main floor

This is a great house for large groups with plenty of beds and bathrooms. The refrigerator was big and spacious which was very nice. The only negative thing I’d say is that it needs more kitchen supplies. No hand mixer, no large pans, no mixing bowls, only small frying pan, no potholders. For a house that sleeps so many you need to be able to easily cook for them all. Also, it needed more towels.
