Breezyville Southeast Sand is a 7 bedroom lockout, beachfront Gulf Shores Beach House Rental. This vacation home offers gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico's turquoise waters and white-sand beaches. The beach is right in your backyard, enjoy! Breezyville is made up of a 4 house - beachside community that shares a pool overlooking the Gulf. The Southwest and Southeast houses are directly on the Gulf, with the Northwest and Northeast just behind!

The Southeast Sand house offers 7 bedrooms and 5.5 baths, comfortably accommodating up to 26 guests. Have a larger group? Book the full 12 bedroom house! The 7 bedroom option is a lockout, meaning the third floor will be locked and not for use. With ideal location in the heart of Gulf Shores, enjoy many restaurants and shops within walking distance!

There is a spacious balcony on every floor for enjoying breathtaking views. On the first floor of the house, you'll find a state of the art kitchen, a large and cozy living room with a flat screen TV, and a dining table. Also on this floor are the first 2 bedrooms, one with 2 queen beds, and the other with 3 twin over twin bunks. These bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Head to the second floor to find the rest of the chicly decorated bedrooms!

There are 5 bedrooms on the second floor: 3 of them contain 2 queen beds each, and the other 2 each have a King bed. Bedrooms 3 and 4 share a bathroom while bedrooms 5, 6, and 7 each have a private bathroom. Enjoy balcony access from the two King bedrooms!
