Our family never gets tired of spending time at this house by the Atlantic Ocean. Breathing in the salty sea air when you wake up, going for walks or bike rides, living in tune with the tides or the marshes, at the beach or out on a boat—there’s no shortage of things to do in both summer and winter. Our house offers all the comforts of a recently built home on a 500 m² lot, just 300 m from one of the island’s most beautiful beaches. You’ll have 3 bedrooms, sleeping arrangements for 7, and 2 bathrooms.
On the ground floor: an entryway leading to a living room, a fully equipped open-concept kitchen, a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, an adult bedroom with two 90 beds, a children’s bedroom with two 90 bunk beds and a small children’s bed (ages 2–10), a shower room with a toilet; upstairs, an adult bedroom with one 160-bed and its own bathroom with a separate toilet.
For al fresco dining, you can enjoy an outdoor awning opening onto a south-facing patio.
A few restrictions: linens are not provided (various options are available); camping and RVs are not permitted; this is a smoke-free home; pets are allowed under certain conditions.
