New apartment, ocean view, sleeps 6, Val André Beach 80 meters away, everything within walking distance, garden

We are renting out our apartment, located on the 1st floor of a villa on Val André Beach.
The apartment is very bright (large windows), has high ceilings, and offers a beautiful ocean view; it was completely renovated in 2019/2020.

It has 3 bedrooms:
- one with a 140cm double bed and a private bathroom (shower)
- one with 2 twin beds (80cm) or a double bed (160cm)
- one with two bunk beds (90 cm)
A bathroom with a shower and double sinks for these two bedrooms (washing machine and dryer in a closet).

A large 40 m² living area with a view of the sea and the garden, a fully equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, capsule coffee maker, induction cooktop, oven, microwave...), and a bright, comfortable living room.

Everything has been provided to ensure you have everything you need (closets in every bedroom, board games, and books are available), Wi-Fi, and TV.

A 1,000 m² enclosed garden surrounds the house; it is shared with the two other apartments that make up the property.
Pets are not allowed
You can rent one or two additional apartments of the same capacity (6 people).

You’ll find plenty of activities within walking distance:
- water sports centre (5 min), offering sailing lessons and courses for adults and children.
- Shore fishing (5 min) on the beach or near the Rocher du Verdelet
- Cap Armour (5 min): activities for children.
- Val André thalassotherapy/spa (5 min)
- Shops (10 min)
- Tennis: multiple clay and grass courts (15 min).
- weekly market on Fridays (10 min).
- coastal trail: GR34 (5 min)
- golf: accessible by car (3 min).
You’ll find plenty to keep you all busy!

Rates vary by season: 100 to 200€ per day, or 700€ to 1,400€ per week
Cleaning: 80€ (included in the price)
Linens: 15€/person/stay (optional)
Non-refundable security deposit: 400€ (by check or bank transfer 7 days before the start of the rental)
