Superb house and garden

This property is beautifully appointed and well equipped. All the rooms are spacious and well laid out. The garden is beautiful and overlooking the sea. At any time of the day there are sunny or shady corners to find with plenty of sunloungers provided, outdoor dining table and chairs,plus some cozy lounge furniture. The communication with the owner was excellent and very friendly. Would definitely recommend!

Outstanding Villa

We really enjoyed our stay in this extraordinary villa. Villa Buen Ouastou is probably the nicest holiday home we have visited so far. The location is ideal, everything within walking distance and yet in an absolutely quiet neighborhood and secluded. The historic building is perfect for a family and very tastefully decorated. The communication with the landlords and the service on site was perfect from check-in to check-out. It is a special experience when someone treats a building of this architectural quality with such respect. Many thanks to Caroline & Marc. We'll be back for sure and with great pleasure.

Great property in a good location

It was all about the pool. It was a very hot week, so we spent alot of time in it. The house only had one fan, no air-conditioning and with the mosquitos, we could not open windows for fresh air, so we found it too warm inside. It was a very good location near beach clubs, our favourite was Les Planches. Access is via quite a few stairs, so travel light. We had difficulty contacting the caretaker but as there was little reason to except check in and out, it was fine. Information at the house was out of date so wifi connection took a while as the codes were wrong and conflicting. Recommended for a lazy week by the pool.

Schöne Villa mit tollen Meerblick

Die Villa entspricht voll und ganz den Fotos. Lage, Pool, alles sehr schön! Wir hatten eine schönen Aufenthalt bei sommerlichen Temperaturen. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern und der Kontaktperson Mandy vor Ort lief schnell und unproblematisch. Das Meer ist ganz nah und Bäcker,Supermarkt und Restaurants fußläufig zu erreichen. Alles Toll!

Top Lage, tolles und schönes Haus - leider auch mit vielen Tigermücken

Vor allem viel Naturschatten, wodurch meistens ein Teil im Schatten war (auch ein Teil des Pools).. herrlich! Leider hat es auch den Moskitos gut gefallen ;-) und gerade unsere Tochter hat es voll abbekommen. Daher ein Kritikpunkt, die fehlenden Moskitonetze vor allem zu den Schlafzimmern! Sonst sehr empfehlenswert und stilvoll.

Einmalige Lage

Sehr gemütliches, geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus. Wunderschöne Umgebung mit grossen Pinienbäumen. Wir waren mit drei Generationen unterwegs, es hat allen äusserst gut gefallen.

Schöne Villa mit herrlichem Meerblick und Pool

Die ganze Familie hat sich in der schönen Villa Buen Oustaou, mit herrlichem Garten, Terrasse und geheizten Pool, sehr sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist wirklich klasse, Strand und einige Geschäfte sind in 5 Min. erreichbar. Die gesamte Abwicklung sowie Betreuung durch die Concierge vor Ort ist sehr gut. Erwähnenswert sind auch die für ein Urlaubsdomizile sehr guten Betten bzw. Matratzen. Alles in allem ist die grosse, aufgeteilte Villa sehr empfehlenswert.

Un séjour de rêve . Malgré un temps incertain pendant toute la semaine. Maison avec beaucoup de charme, à la hauteur de notre attente. ( nous espérons re venir l’an prochain si il y a une télé grand écran à la demande de nos fans de foot , à cause de la coupe du monde 2022)

Bad Choice for vacation!

We stayed recently (2020) in this house and were unpleasantly surprised by many issues. 1. The house is not well kept. We discovered the 2nd day of our stay that the cleanliness of the house was not up to standard. For example, just wiping the kitchen counter I had so much filth on a paper towel, not to mention the many ants crawling on the counters. Bathrooms also not so clean. Luckily we brought our own linens. We have rented many homes throughout Europe, and this was by far the worst when it came to cleanliness. 2. Lots of mosquitoes inside and out. Can’t escape them with no air conditioning! 3. Our last morning we were surprised and awoken by 3 gardeners outside at 7:30am!! We could not even sit outside and enjoy our last morning. We spoke to host Benedict about this who told us to contact owner who refused to compensate for this disturbance. All of these issues were communicated to owner but nothing done about it. The only good things are the view from the house and host Benedict. Otherwise, don’t stay here!!

Mooie locatie met een schitterend zwembad en strand op 5 minuten. Grote supermarkt op 3 minuten rijden. Centrum Sainte Maxime erg gezellig met leuke restaurantjes. Superweek gehad!!!!

Très belle villa , bien située , fonctionnelle , au calme , chacun trouve sa place .

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en hiver , on a pu profiter de la cheminée , de la magnifique vue sur la mer avec des lever de soleil superbes , de la proximité des commerces ... L'accueil est sympathique , les renseignements très complets . Il ne manque rien au point de vue équipement .
