Short Walk to St Augustine Beach with Heated Pool

Our 3 story beach house has 2 bedrooms on the first floor with a bathroom and a washer and a dryer. On the 2nd floor is the gourmet kitchen, family room and dining area. There is a bedroom with a half bath also. There are decks, one on the front and a huge back deck for grilling and outdoor seating. On the 3rd floor is a large master bedroom suite. A ping pong table and other outdoor games are on the back ground level. There are boogie boards, beach towels and a beach wagon for the short walk to the beach. A 12' x 24' heated pool and a fire pit make the perfect spot for the family to relax after a day at the beach.
