200 meters from the beach: Charming, fully equipped house with a sunny terrace

Charming semi-detached house, made of wood in the heart of Cap Ferret, located between the market square and the emblematic lighthouse. A five minute walk from all shops, supermarkets, post office, restaurants and Bassin d'Arcachon. Easy parking rue des Cormorans opposite the Residence Villa Les Pins. The house is located in a very quiet cul-de-sac.<br>On the ground floor: Fully equipped kitchen, open to a pleasant living and dining room opening onto a sunny terrace with duckboards. On the terrace, a family table with gas plancha and electric plancha for your meals. A parasol, large awning, 2 deckchairs and outdoor lounge for your moments of relaxation, an outdoor shower to rinse off when you return from the beach.<br>The ground floor also has a large bathroom (sink, shower and toilet) very practical when returning from the beach.<br>Upstairs, in a welcoming atmosphere, three bright and comfortable bedrooms to recharge your batteries in peace. Bedding in perfect condition and of high quality. Household linen optional. 1 cot for baby is also at your disposal. <br>• A large master bedroom with private balcony, large double bed (1.60m), storage, cupboard and television.<br>• A bedroom with two 90cm beds, chest of drawers and closet.<br>• A bedroom with a double bed (1.40m), a closet and chest of drawers.<br>• A large bathroom (sink, shower and toilet)<br>Cool and pleasant villa in summer with 3 fans (columns) available for the hottest days.<br>Household linen (sheets and towels) optional: 20 euros per single bed and 40 euros per double bed.<br>For stays of 3 weeks or more, an intermediate cleaning (50 euros) will be requested.<br>In this haven of peace, all you have to do is decide each day between swimming in the Bay or the Ocean, cycling in the forest or a family trip to the market to taste the specialities of the region.<br>We hope to have you among our tenants very soon.<br>Happy holidays!! <br>Contact the owner when you bring your pet. <br>Contact the owner for Personalised reception and check-out.

A gorgeous week in Cap Ferret

The house was a delight, great location, fabulous little garden to enjoy the sunshine, very clean and beautifully decorated. Cap Ferret is one of my favourite places, I visit about three times a year.

Wonderful

Lovely house for our family of five . Carol was a pleasure to deal with and Muriel was there on arrival to give us the keys and offer help and advice . The House had everything we needed and was centrally located. We will be back !

At the centre of CapFerret

Great place for a stay at Cap Ferret. Right around the corner is the supermarket, in the other direction also only a few minutes walk you have the market of Cap Ferret. Nonetheless quiet, as the road does not have through traffic and the condo is not facing the road. We had our bikes with us but you can also rent bikes, which is the best way to get around the Cap. We had our biwith us, but you can also rent biles

L'emplacement est idéal, à proximité du marché, des plages du bassin, de la jetée Bélisaire et de l'océan. La propriétaire, Carol, et la dame qui gère la maison, Muriel, ont été constamment d'une gentillesse, d'une réactivité, et d'une flexibilité remarquables. Sens de l'accueil total. La maison contient tout ce qu'on pourrait espérer dans sa propre maison de vacances - des jeux pour les enfants, une planche à repasser, un parasol pour la terrasse. A réserver les yeux fermés.

Ein schönes, sehr gut ausgestattetes Reihenhaus, ruhige Gegend, sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Séjour au coeur du cap Ferret

Location fidèle à l’annonce, emplacement idéal pres des commerces, marché couvert ouvert tous les jours en cette saison, à deux minutes à pied. Une mention spéciale pour Murielle qui nous a accueilli avec une grande gentillesse, tres à l’écoute et qui nous a laissé la location dans un parfait état de propreté. Nous recommandons cette location.

Excellent séjour dans cet hébergement à la localisation absolument parfaite pour profiter du Cap Ferret. Le logement est très propre et fonctionnel. Les échanges avec les propriétaires et Muriel sur place ont été très sympathiques et efficaces. À réserver sans hésiter.

un endroit magique

un accueil parfait, la dame muriel est très gentille et toujours disponible en cas de problèmes! la maison était parfaitement propre et très bien équipée! la terrasse était notre endroit préféré☀️ le marché, le bassin et le casino sont à seulement quelques minutes à pied et facilement accessibles! l'atlantique à seulement 10mins de marche! rien de négatif à dire, que des choses positives à ajouter! Étant une famille qui vient depuis 30 années au Ferret on a jamais vu une maison assez parfaite! Au plaisir de revenir en été 2024!!

Emplacement idéal proche de tout à pieds, pour passer du plateau d’huîtres au bain de mer. Et finir la journée à cuisiner à la plancha l’araignée de Porc achetée au beau marché couvert. À table… le dîner est servi en terrasse.

Situation géographique idéale, proche du bassin et des commerces. Très bon accueil, communication très fluide avec la propriétaire. Maison agréable avec une terrasse suffisamment grande pour y déjeuner et se reposer. Location idéale pour passer de bonnes vacances en famille !

Communication ++ , procédures d arrivée et de départ très fluide . Très jolie maison , très bien équipée et décorée au cœur du ferret , petite terrasse sympathique (très proche des voisins ) .
