The first floor offers a spacious living area, kitchen with breakfast bar, dining room, two bedrooms and bathroom. The second floor has three additional bedrooms and a full bathroom in the hallway.

Pet fee: Pet friendly on a case by case basis (0-25lbs). If approved there will be a $200.00 nonrefundable pet fee per pet, an additional $50.00 cleaning fee per pet, and the security deposit collected will total $700.00

Additional amenity charges for summer guests: Professionally laundered bedsheets, bath towels, and light comforters are provided for all occupants. Beds are made only once, prior to arrival (multiple week guests will have linens dropped off starting their 2nd week). Multiple week guests are charged the linen fee per week at a discounted rate. Beach towels are not included. Guests that book 14 nights or greater will be charged an additional $25 cleaning fee. All reservations are subject to a reservation, cleaning and linen fee, and all applicable state and local tax.
