Everything you want

Apartment is well furnished with all necessities - including excellent coffee. It was very clean and ready for us when we arrived. We originally wanted to be in St. Malo, but we found this location on the outskirts to be excellent for accessing roads for sightseeing in all directions - Cancale, Dinan, Fougeres, Dinard. You will need to have a car to stay here - but that's what allows the regional sightseeing. Parking is underground and a little bit tight on the corners. We had a large car and had to be very careful. Owner is super-accommodating. You will need to have access to phone or text to contact him directly..

Für uns perfekt

Die Wohnung in Chateau Malo ist neu und sehr sauber. Für uns zwei Personen ist sie ideal. Die kleine Küchenzeile ist mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet. Es fehlt nur eine Spülmaschine. Zuverlässiges schnelles Wifi erlaubt ungestörtes Surfen im Internet. Ein sicherer, überdachteter Parkplatz ist auf dem Gelände der Wohnanlage. Die Lage war für uns ebenfalls sehr günstig. Über die nahegelegene D4 hat man schnelle Anbindung in westlicher, südlicher und östlicher Richtung. Für Saint-Malo eignet sich der Bus Linie 4. Mit ihm kommt man zum Bahnhof und zum Kai. Ein Bäcker in ca. 800 m Entfernung ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir können die Wohnung guten Gewissens weiter empfehlen.

Location conforme à la description. Appartement très récent et très propre. Très bien accueillis par Teresa. A l'écart de Saint Malo, idéale pour découvrir cette partie de l'ille et Vilaine (Saint Malo, Cancale, Dol de Bretagne, les bords de Rance). Le propriétaire est très réactif à nos messages. Je recommande vivement !

Superbe appartement très confortable, très bien équipé dans une résidence calme, avec tous les commerces nécessaires à proximité et bien situé par rapport aux sites à visiter aux alentours.
