The Space:
This stunning 1920s Spanish Revival home is a perfect blend of historic charm and modern comfort, nestled in the heart of North Park. Located on a picturesque, tree-lined street with breathtaking views, this beautifully restored home offers an exceptional San Diego experience. The spacious 6,000 sq. ft. lot provides ample room to unwind, with an expansive backyard ideal for relaxation.
Inside, the home offers two beautifully appointed bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, and an outdoor shower, which is ideal for rinsing off after a day at the beach. This makes it an excellent retreat for families or small groups. It comfortably accommodates up to 4 adults and 1-2 children (with one pack ‘n play provided), offering a welcoming space for all. The thoughtfully designed living areas feature a fully equipped kitchen, cozy spaces with plush furnishings, and hotel-style linens that ensure a relaxing stay. Blackout curtains promise a peaceful night’s sleep, while the abundant natural light and charming vintage details create a warm, inviting atmosphere.

The Neighborhood:
North Park is a vibrant and eclectic neighborhood in central San Diego, bordered by Hillcrest, University Heights, Normal Heights, and Balboa Park. Once a residential suburb, it has evolved into a trendy and artistic community, known for its historic homes, diverse culture, and lively arts scene.
Getting Around:
The home has a private 2-3 car driveway as well as an abundant amount of street parking. Walking and/or biking is the best way to get around central North Park & South Park, as well as other neighborhoods like Normal Heights, University Heights, South Park, and Golden Hill. Ubers and Lyfts are readily available for pick-ups and its quick 10-minute drive to the Airport making traveling a breeze.
Other Things to Note:
Pet Policy:
- Approval Required: All pets must be approved by the host. Add them to your reservation and include their weight and breed in a message.
- Allowed: 1 hypoallergenic or low-shedding dog up to 30 pounds per reservation.
- Fee: $150; guests staying over two weeks must schedule a mid-stay cleaning.
- Unapproved Pets: $500 fee or more for unapproved pets. Additional fees may apply for damages caused by pets.
- Pets must have their own bed, cannot be on furniture or beds, and must be walked for bathroom needs. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after pets.
San Diego's mild climate means A/C is rarely needed except for a few weeks at the end of summer. We’ve installed portable A/C units in each bedroom, while the central unit is for heating only.
Our home features a full bathroom and a half bathroom indoors, plus a relaxing zen outdoor shower (no sink) in the backyard.
We’re happy to provide champagne, wine, and/or chocolates upon request for an additional fee. Please feel free to inquire if you’d like to add any of these to your stay. 🍾
