Welcome to Phoenix 7 #709 – "The KopacaBAMA”

This beautifully maintained 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo sleeps up to six guests and offers everything you need for a relaxing and memorable beach vacation.

The master bedroom features a king-size bed, sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony, and a private en suite bathroom with updated countertops, an extended vanity, a separate water closet, and a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom includes two full-size beds and its own bathroom with an updated vanity and tub/shower combo.

The spacious living room is surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows that open to a private balcony with bar-height seating—perfect for enjoying sweeping views of the Gulf and the pool. Inside, you’ll find large flat-screen TVs throughout and beautiful tile flooring across the entire unit.

The fully stocked kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite counters, a Keurig, a traditional coffee maker, and even an air fryer. There are three barstools at the breakfast bar and a dining table that seats four, giving you plenty of room for meals and quality time.

Great time at Phoenix 7! Perfect size for myself and my husband and our two teenagers!

Renting was very easy! Only problem I had was on the arrival day Brett Robinson rental place wouldn’t answer the phone to answer my question about check in. Called Phoenix 7 directly and got the info needed. Enjoyed our stay very much!

Family vacation

Great location. Parts of the ceiling (popcorn ceiling) were coming off. Called and we were given an option to move to another unit or receive a discount on our stay. Pleased with the fast response to the problem.

Beach Vacay!

Condo was nice and clean. Walls are thin and could very easily hear the neighbors. Lady at the front desk Terry Kidd was very rude when we asked simple questions. You could tell she did not want to be bothered or deal with us. Other than that we had a great time and condo was comfortable.

Room 7709 phoenix 7

Everything was as expected. Then the popcorn ceiling started falling all over the living kitchen master bed and bath. I notified the customer service and they promptly issued a credit to my bill. I was satisfied. Then after I swept up it started happening again and pieces fell in our food. After notifying customer service they promptly moved me to another room matching my original room. All was good afterwards. I’m thankful you honored my guests and myself by taking care of our problem. Other than this issue we enjoyed our stay and amenities.

Great stay

The property was wonderful! Location and everything was top notch! The cleaning wasn’t as good as I would have expected...the glass doors were covered in sticky handprints.
