Tidewater 102 is the one you've been looking for! Conveniently located, crisp and clean decor, direct beach access, an outdoor gulf-front pool, indoor heated pool, hot tub/spa, exercise facility, coded gate entry and covered entrance.
As you enter the condo, you are greeted by the burst of sunshine coming in from the balcony! Immediately to your right is the first of two bedrooms with a king-sized bed, flat screen tv, closet space and direct access to the shared guest bath. Also off of the entry way is the full laundry room with a washer and dryer for added convenience during your stay. Continuing inside, you make your way into the full kitchen stocked with all of the cooking essentials needed should you want to stay in and cook a fresh meal. A dining area that will seat 4 at the table and 3 at the bar. Comfortable seating (with sleeper sofa) in the living room area to enjoy your down time watching the wall-mounted flat screen tv or taking in the views through the sliding glass balcony doors. Off of the living room is the main bedroom. This bedroom also has a king-sized bed, flat screen tv, closet space and beautiful en suite bathroom featuring double sinks and tiled walk-in shower. This main bedroom has direct access onto your balcony. The balcony is furnished with a high-top table and 4 chairs along with 2 additional chairs and table. The perfect spot to begin and end every day of your stay!
Tidewater 102 is conveniently located to grocery stores, restaurants, marinas and family fun in Orange Beach! Only a 5-minute drive to the famous Flor-Bama, 10 minutes to The Wharf, 10 minutes to The Hangout in Gulf Shores and only 20 minutes to Tanger Outlets in Foley.
*PARKING PASS: The parking pass fee is set by the COA and is included in the fees portion of your reservation. Should you need to purchase an additional parking pass, please notify us PRIOR to your check-in date.
