Superior holiday experience

We very much enjoyed our holidays in Le Cannet. The house is very spacious and well equipped, pool and garden are very well maintained and the location is in a calm neighbourhood while only being 10 minutes away from Cannes city center. Karen made us feel welcome from the first minute and was very quick to respond to any question we had. I highly recommend this location for a relaxing holiday at the Côte d’ Azur.

We really enjoyed our stay in Le Cannet

The location of the Villa is only a few hundred meters away from the City Centre of Le Cannet. Also two Hypermarkets from Leclerc are in the near. We made all our buyings of drinks & foods there. Also Cannes ist just around 5km away. We highly recommend to visit Cannes, Antibes, Nizza, St. Tropez and Monaco. Always worth a visit and nice to reach from the Villa. The only thing you should calculate is the traffic. It all depends on the time you depart. The very nice Karen welcomed us so wonderful. The Villa itself was also nice and had all you need during your stay. We were there with our two girls (7y/2y), who not only enjoyed the pool but also the trampoline and the swing in the beautiful garden. Also the neighbours were really nice. One of them, an older man, brought us regulary fresh salad. Amazing! In general, we would book it under circumstances for sure again. We had some smaller issues, where the owner directly reacted. All over we enjoyed our stay a lot and will come back to the Côte d’Azur region very soon again. In case of any questions in regards to the Villa or our stay, just let me know. Will be happy to help.

Das Haus und die Anlage sind sehr schön. Alles was benötigt wird ist vorhanden. Die Korrespondenz und Abwicklung sind hervorragend. Pool und Außenbereiche sind weitläufig gestaltet und sauber gepflegt. Die Lage nach Cannes, an den Strand oder für Ausflüge entlang der Riviera oder ins Hinterland und zum Einkaufen ist ausgezeichnet. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub dort. Ein Traum von einem Haus

Das Haus und der Garten sind noch schöner und großzügiger, als es die Fotos erahnen lassen. Ein großes Grundstück, welches sehr geschmackvoll gestaltet ist. Ein Garten mit Pool zum Wohlfühlen. Das Haus ist ist sehr gut eingerichtet, in allen Zimmern klimatisiert. Alle Räume sind hervorragend und modern ausgestattet. Es fehlt an nichts. Das gilt auch für die Küche. Eine Waschmaschine ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Die Schlafzimmer liegen im 1. Obergeschoß und haben sehr bequeme Betten. Das größte Schlafzimmer hat direkten Zugang zu einem eigenen riesigen Bad mit Badewanne/Dusche und WC, die anderen beiden Schlafzimmer jeweils zu einer eigenen Dusche, das WC für diese Zimmer ist ebenfalls oben von der Diele aus zu erreichen. Die Betreuung durch Karen ist einfach nur freundlich und kompetent, aber niemals aufdringlich. Ein ganz besonderes Lob an Karen und vielen Dank für das gekühlte Wasser und die Flasche Rosé zur Begrüßung sowie die tollen Besichtigungstipps. Das Haus hat die perfekte Lage für die Eroberung der Gegend zwischen Saint Tropez und Monaco. Supermärkte und Restaurants sind zahlreich in der Nähe vorhanden. Wir hatten einen Traumurlaub, dem es an nichts fehlte und werden gerne wiederkommen.

Proche de tout et pourtant totalement au calme !

Annonce en tous points fidèle à la réalité. Cette location est simplement magique : très spacieuse, au calme, parfaitement équipée, dans un bel environnement paysagé très agréable. Nous avons trouvé ce que nous venions chercher : la sérénité et de bons moments partagés. Un grand merci à Karen qui nous a très sympathiquement accueilli et qui nous a donné d’excellents conseils pour passer un merveilleux séjour.

Une merveilleuse villa pour une merveilleuse semaine en famille !!!

Nous sommes ravis d' avoir passé une excellente semaine dans votre belle villa, spacieuse, confortable et très bien équipée dans un environnement calme et relaxant, exactement ce que nous recherchions. La piscine est magnifique et le jardin très apaisant. Notre petite fille à également pu apprécier la balançoire et le trampoline et s' en est donnée à coeur joie. Belle maison dans une belle region

Maison spacieuse et bien équipée. Récupération des clés le premier jour un peu tardif (17h30). La maison est bien située proche de Cannes et dans un quartier résidentiel et calme. Globalement la maison est bien équipée. Dommage que nous n'avons pas eu de ménage en fin de première semaine. Passage du jardinier pisciniste hebdomadaire apprécié. La maison est a plus que 8 minutes du port de Cannes dépendamment du traffic. Propriétaire et gérant agréable et sympathique.
