For rent: Very beautiful new villa of 150 m2 luxuriously furnished with a lot of charm located in a very quiet area 3 km from the port of St Florent.
The villa can accommodate 8 people.
Composition: Living room of 50 m2 with open fire and fully equipped American kitchen: dishwasher, oven, fridge freezer, espresso machine, microwave, 1 master bedroom with double bed, TV, Italian shower and toilet - 3 bedrooms with double bed, 2 of which open onto a south-facing terrace, 1 bathroom with double sink unit, 2 toilets including 1 guest.
Reversible air conditioning in each room, laundry room with washing machine and dryer and 2nd fridge freezer, WiFi - TV.
Secure heated swimming pool (with alarm) of 8mx4m (catalysis and salt electrolysis) Heated from May to mid October depending on the climate.

At disposal: One person is included in the price for 1 passage in the middle of the stay and 1 end of the rental.
The landscaping of the garden: lawn and petanque and deckchair lounge will be ready to welcome you from April 1st and photos will be available at that time.

Villa, Saint Florent

The villa was excellent, well designed, well equipped, quality fittings, stylish. Our party included teenagers and a senior, so quite a broad set of requirements but the villa was perfect for our needs. We loved St Florent and the neighbouring coastal area, easily accessible from the villa. We would recommend this villa to all groups including those with diverse needs.

Un magnifique sejour !!!

La villa est magnifique, sur les hauteurs tout près de St Florent. Les prestations sont d’excellentes qualités !! La piscine comme le terrain de boules nous ont ravis en famille ou entre amis.. la possibilité de vivre dehors avec cette belle terrasse ombragée !!! Sans compter cette nature sauvage avec les vols de milans royal dans ce beau ciel bleu !! !!! On recommande!!

Superbe séjour à Oletta

Nous avons passé deux semaines parfaites dans cette maison neuve, parfaitement équipée, décorée avec goût et avec des matériaux de qualité. La maison est située au bout d’un lotissement , sans vis à vis direct côté vie, la piscine est ensoleillée une grande partie de la journée et le jardin suffisamment grand pour y jouer avec les enfants. L’organisation à l’arrivée et pendant le séjour étaient parfaites (merci à Karen et son mari pour l’accueil le premier jour et Mélissa pour le ménage pendant le séjour).
