This is our second time in this unit. We love the location and can walk everywhere. There is a park across the street and one down the street making it convenient to take our dog for a walk. We make Jacksonville a yearly getaway and hope to stay in this unit again. It has everything you need.
Liked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities, communication
The property was perfect for a remote employee to stay in while visiting our offices in Jacksonville. Very close proximity to all dining, shopping and our offices was great.
We liked the property except for the ornamental nails in the wooden floor which were a tripping hazard.

Everything was great. First time doing this. The only thing that was a little annoying was the people above us stomped around.

Property was fine. Problem was that the door lock code had not been set for the number we had been given. Fortunately we could call to have it reset by having someone come out. But we also had to wait outside in the cold and rain.
Everything was clean and well put together. Loved the coffee maker and coffee there. Being on the corner the bench outside the door seemed to be the "resting" place for teens and locals - no one was noisy, or left trash - we were just surprised one day in leaving that there were folks right outside our door! It is close to the "main" downtown an easy walk to lots of stuff - food, shopping, trails, creek, park. It was a restful trip! I'd recommend it!

Apartment was as expected but…
The accommodations were as expected with one exception. I made this reservation for my elderly Mother who, of course likes coffee. She is from the Midwest so I raved to her about the great coffee the NW has to offer. In the kitchen area there were three packages of coffee adjacent to the coffee maker - two opened and one still sealed. That wasn’t unusual and somewhat expected but the fact that all three had 2022 expiration dates of 2022! Two year old coffee is not a “perk” (pardon the pun.) Please pay attention to the details!
