Villa Oyala avec piscine, spacieuse et de qualité

Large and comfortable, 4 star classified villa, with a big garden of 1000m² and a pool of 8mx4m, heated from April til the end of September. Dates may vary depending on the weather.

Definately oriented to high level with furnitures of superior quality, the property has also the advantage of being discreet with no opposite.

Internet connection and linen included. Secured parking. The pool security is made of a fence added to an alarm system. Good plan for bikes available on demand

Kitchen separated from the dining room, 4 bedrooms including 2 master suites, it is decorated with taste and personality. Thus there are 3 shower rooms and 3 toilets, 2 of them being independant. Half way from city (1.2km) and Sea (900m), and ideally sited for family and peaceful holidays, and will though allow those who seek more activities to enjoy plenty nearby. 1 filter coffee machine and 1 dolce gusto available. Cleaning fare includes beddings and linen hiring. Beds made for you.

The whole is of high quality product which remains quite unique on Oleron. Not to be missed!

Ein Ferienhaus der Spitzenklasse. Ansprechend und originell eingerichtet, gepflegt und mit allem Erforderlichen ausgestattet. Saubere und angenehme Matratzen. Der Pool sauber, pünktlich gewartet und gut temperiert. Die Gartenanlage gepflegt. Der Außengrill funktionabel und praktisch. Die persönliche Betreuung durch die Kontaktperson der Agentur hervorragend.

au centre de l'ïle

Nous avons apprécié la réactivité du gérant qui nous a changé la machine à café en une journée. Et réparé un store défectueux très rapidement. La maison est bien agencée avec de grandes terrasses pour se reposer et/ou dîner. Nous avions loué des vélos et avons pu faire de belles balades sur l'île. Le seul bémol est que la maison se situe un peu loin à pied de la plage et des commerçants. (2km), mais ça se fait trés bien en vélo.
