Une maison spacieuse, agréable, bien meublée au calme car dans un tout petit lieu-dit Confort et équipement très bien Très proche de la Cotiniere et de Saint Pierre Belle terrasse protégée Wi-Fi peu puissant, télétravail pas conseillé mais parfait pour les vraies vacances 4g poussive dans tout le secteur (toute l'île ?) ,climat et belles plages au top...Nous recommandons

trop d'embouteillages

endroit idéal a priori, très calme pour le logis mais climat fin août très chaud et impossible ou presque de sortir en voiture à cause des embouteillages.

Maison très bien entretenue et parfaitement équipée pour notre séjour. La situation est top à 500m de la plage et proche des commerces (saint pierre). L accueil a été très agréable et nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Séjour en hiver à

Très belle location , nous y avons séjourné à 3 couples pour le réveillon .La maison était bien chauffée et la cuisine très bien équipée pour pouvoir y cuisiner! L'indépendance de la 3ème chambre y est très appréciable ! A recommander......

´Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Wir haben mit 4 Erwachsenen zwei Wochen in diesem angenehmen und ruhig gelegenen Ferienhaus verbracht. Alle Angaben hinsichtlich der Lage, Ausstattung etc. waren korrekt und das Haus befand sich in einem sehr gepflegten und sauberen Zustand. Der Empfang und die Betreuung durch die Vermieterin waren ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch der zeitweise Besuch eines weiteren Paares war in dem geräumigen, hellen und luftigen Haus angenehm Die unmittelbare Umgebung lädt zu Spaziergängen zwischen Weinfeldern und Blumen ein. Der Weg zum Strand ist kurz und bei Ebbe sind andere Strände mit dem Fahrrad leicht zu erreichen. Wir können das Haus ohne jede Einschränkung auch für Familien sehr empfehlen.

"Maison confortable et bien conçue. Mme G., proprietaire, s''est montrée très accommodante et a fait en sorte que notre séjour soit le plus agréable possible. Hameau de St. Pierre d''oleron, la Biroire, assez isolé mais piste cyclable pour la Cotiniere qui passe devant la maison et calme assuré. Pas d''espaces verts appartenant à la maison mais jolie et confortable cour intérieure privative. La maison était extrêmement propre à notre arrivée."
