3-star cottage in a quiet area (110m²), in a small Périgord hamlet, comfortable for 10 people.

o Heated communal swimming pool open from May to the end of September by a heat pump. The swimming pool is located on the property and is shared with our other cottage "terre de pierres - l'Améthyste" (4 people) also visible on the site reference 1965148

Situation:
Equidistant (12 Kms) from SARLAT (Dordogne valley) and
MONTIGNAC (Vézère valley), LES-EYZIES (prehistory museum),
close to the gardens of Eyrignac

Activities:
• Hiking and mountain biking trails from the cottage
• Leisure pond (supervised swimming, fishing) 4 km away
• Golf course, canoeing, caving, tree climbing park for all ages

Discovery of the heritage:
• Numerous parks and castles
• Prehistoric caves as well as all the small typical villages of the
Périgord noir.
• Numerous gourmet markets at night

Other:
• Small dogs accepted with the prior agreement of the owner, must be kept on a leash outside and their owner will be responsible for keeping the green spaces clean. A flat rate of 100€ including cleaning
