150 year old villa equipped for 8 adults and 2 children in Caen stones on 3 levels/floors, garden on the land side and on the sea side, 5 metres from the beach.
Enjoy the beach just by crossing the pedestrian seawall a few metres! From the balcony, admire the sunrises and sunsets over the sea!

The 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor and the 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor are equipped with a sink and storage units. All have sea views, except one. The living rooms have sea views.

5 minutes walk from the first shops (bakeries, fishmongers, butchers, pharmacy), restaurants, casino, cinema, tourist office.
10min drive to shopping centres and fish markets (ports).

Sailing club next to the house (rental of dinghies, catamarans, windsurfing, kayaking, paddle), swimming, beach games (sand castles, kites...), bike or horse rides (club in the village),

Bed linen and towels are not provided but can be rented by requesting our concierge.
