This brand new single storey house is located in a quiet neighbourhood 5 min walking distance from the beautiful beach "Les Sables Blancs"!
It is approximately 100sq.m, comprising a living room and dining area facing south, a fully fitted and equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms as displayed :
-Room 1 : master en-suite with Queensize bed, dressing and shower room/WC
-Room 2 : Kingsize bed or twin beds
-Room 3 : double Sofa bed
1 bathroom and separate WC, laundry room with washing machine.
You will enjoy a private garden and a large sunny terrace with outdoor furniture and barbecue. For your comfort, sheets, towels and tea towels are provided. 2 bicycles available. Private Parking for 2 vehicles.

A great place to stay!

It started with a wonderful and warm welcome by the landlords. Friendly and informative. The house itself is great for up to 6 people and is offering everything you need in Bretagny. Walking distance to the beach, directly located at a bicycle route which would in principle allow to circle Bretagny on ca. 440km seperated (mainly) bicycle roads. Impressing nature, friendly people (I really love the french hospitality and art of being relexed). Hardly nay need o go by car... Anytime again! Thanks Emeline and Nicolas!

Familienurlaub

Wir haben die Zeit in Loctudy genossen. Das Ferienhaus war sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Weg zum Meer entsprach den Angaben, jedoch haben wir die schöneren Strände in der Umgebung, teilweise mit den tollen „Atlantikwellen“ genutzt. Die Eigentümer waren sehr nett und hatten bei der Anreise einige Produkte der Region bereitgelegt. Der Urlaub war die Reise wert.

modernes Haus 10 min. vom Sandstrand

Ganz neues, schickes, sehr komplett ausgestattetes Haus mit Garten und Terrasse, Gasgrill, 3 einfache Fahrräder - und sogar ein Weinkühlschrank. Die Plage des Sables Blancs ist zu Fuß 10-15 min entfernt, die felsige Küste nur 5 min. Ruhige Ferienhausgegend, wir haben die Terrasse morgens und abends sehr genossen, ebenso das gemütliche Wohn- und Esszimmer. Schöne Bäder. Nette Kommunikation mit den Eigentümern. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Sehr schönes neues Haus mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Alles vorhanden. Die Lage so nahe zu einem sehr schönen Badestrand ist top. Wir hatten nichts zu bemängeln.

Location au top !

Nous avons été conquis par cette très belle maison, décorée avec goût et très fonctionnelle dans laquelle nous avons passé un agréable séjour malgré la météo mitigée. L'environnement est très calme et la plage se situe à 5 min à pied. L'équipement est très généreux : vélos, barbecue, vaisselle fournie, literie très confortable, mais aussi, en plus d'un excellent panier garni de bienvenue, plein d'autres petites attentions que je n'ai vues que dans cette location. Rien ne manque : Emeline et Nicolas ont pensé à tout pour que vous vous sentiez comme chez vous. A réserver les yeux fermés !
