We are offering a beautiful country house, located in the heart of Provence, that can accommodate up to 12 people, on a large lot with a private pool.
On the outskirts of Châteaurenard, within the triangle formed by L’Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, and Avignon, this spacious 240-square-meter country house is the ideal destination for a holiday with family or friends.
On the beautiful south-facing terrace, shaded by a century-old plane tree, you can enjoy barbecues or relax on the patio furniture under the arbor. Authentic and beautifully renovated, the house offers a large, bright living area: a 45-square-meter living room, a dining room that seats 12 guests, as well as 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It faces the secure 5x10m pool (with a rigid cover and a removable CE-compliant barrier).
The 4,700m² flat, grassy, and fully enclosed lot offers plenty of opportunities for outdoor play and easily accommodates 3 or 4 vehicles.
On December 3, 2021, the farmhouse received a 4-star ministerial rating for furnished holiday rentals with a capacity of 12 people.
In a quiet yet accessible location, close to all shops (800 m) and the town centre (1 km), the farmhouse is a 15-minute drive from Saint-Rémy-de-Provence and Avignon, as well as Avignon’s TGV station.
Places to visit within a 1-hour drive: Les Baux-de-Provence, Roussillon, Arles, Nîmes, Tarascon, the Pont du Gard, and many other towns and villages. You’ll be just 1 hour from the Mediterranean beaches and Marseille, and 1 hour and 15 minutes from Montpellier.
For sports enthusiasts, there are numerous trails for road bikes, mountain bikes, and hiking routes in the surrounding area.

- Upstairs, 5 bedrooms (3 with a 160-cm bed / 1 with 2 90-cm beds / 1 with a choice of 1 160-cm bed or 2 80-cm beds), 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower, 1 additional large bathroom with a walk-in shower and a toilet, and 1 separate toilet.
