EXQUISITE WATERCOLOR CARRIAGE HOUSE! SLEEPS 2-4-COME TO THE BEACH & ENJOY 30A!!

This Luxurious Carriage House, 'Goin' Coastal' in WaterColor at 142 Pond Cypress Way in Santa Rosa Beach, FL 32459 is the perfect vacation rental. It is separate from the large private home and its spacious studio-like room with 15-foot ceilings and gorgeous hardwood floors fits the needs of friends on a get-a-way, a couple on a romantic weekend or a small family with room for a couple of kids. In addition to the plush king bed there is also a queen convertible sofa bed and plenty of room for cribs or extra luggage! Keep in mind that this is one big room so the sleeper sofa is in the same room as the king bed ;)

The large comfy sofa is the perfect place to watch sporting events or movies in front of the large flat screen TV. The kitchen is ideal for quick meals and has a full-sized fridge, sink and microwave. There is no stove, oven or washer/dryer as we assume you will be enjoying one of the many restaurants in the area and not cooking or doing laundry while on vacation! The full bathroom includes a shower, tub and large sink area with room to spread out as you get ready to go out to a nice dinner or a walk on our pristine white beaches to view our incredible sunsets.

The cozy carriage house is on a quiet corner in Phase II and overlooks a beautiful pond. We are steps away from one of WaterColor's nine gorgeous pools. Guests will get up to four amenity bands and that is the maximum we are allowed to have via our HOA rules ;)

WaterColor was voted the #1 Family Resort by Travel and Leisure and is the perfect place to enjoy the perfect beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. We have just completed the new Camp Watercolor with two pools, slides and a lazy river as well as the Watercolor Beach Club with three pools and three restaurants. There is nothing like this on the coast. Numerous activities are available such as biking, kayaking, surfing, tennis, golf, hiking and incredible restaurants for the family as well as just adults. Having come to 30A for 15 plus years with four kids ourselves WaterColor has great access to wonderful responsible babysitters that will treat your kids as their own. The southern hospitality is like no other and you will find yourselves coming back year after year like we did before we made this our home. Come and enjoy the vacation you deserve and remember... a day at the beach is worth a million in town!

Beth and Randy were great hosts who have a lovely cottage house that was perfect for our stay. It's within walking distance of many great restaurants and the beach. Couldn't ask for anything more for our stay!

Lovely stay for my daughter and myself

The property owner (Beth) was so welcoming and helpful. Her place was clean and convenient to the watercolor pools and also close to a grocery store and shopping. Check-in/Check-out was a breeze. It was the perfect place for us both and I would love to stay here again.

Amazing stay!

Beth and Randy are awesome hosts! Hands down, the best renting experience we have had to date. The carriage house is beautifully decorated and comfortable. My husband and I enjoyed how easy it was to get to local Seaside/Watercolor restaurants and attractions. The neighborhood is lovely, and it is also very family-friendly. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Lovely stay

Beautiful accomodations that were perfect for our family of three. The high vaulted ceilings make the room seem nice, bright, and open. We really enjoyed having access to all of the Watercolor amenities. Super close to the pool and fun to bike ride to nearby restaurants. Beth was super responsive, friendly, and helpful! Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

A Slice of Coastal Heaven

From the moment my girls and I arrived at this charming beach house, we were completely smitten! The home is the perfect blend of comfort, style, and coastal charm. The location is unbeatable. We were steps from Camp Watercolor and the amazing Watercolor Trolley (free!) took us quickly to the beach! We rode our bikes to Seaside every evening and were just a short bike ride to the grocery store, coffee shop and pizza.We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! We left feeling refreshed, grateful, and already dreaming of our return. Highly, highly recommend!

Beautiful & Charming

My husband and I stayed here for a family wedding in Watercolor. This property is SO CUTE, in a prime location to getting around Watercolor yet quiet. The rental was clean and well appointed. Amazing Time!

We had an amazing time! Beth and Randy were great and checked in with us regularly to see there was anything we needed. The carriage house was beautiful and in a great location right near Camp Watercolor. It was just a short trip to the Beach Club or the Boathouse. The amenities were wonderful and we can’t wait to come back! This trip couldn’t have gone any better. These are literally the best owners I’ve dealt with.

Pretty Perfect!

This carriage house was perfect for a short two night stay in Watercolor. It had everything my daughter and I needed (and more)! The location was great too - right by the Camp Watercolor pool. I can't say enough about Beth, our host. She was super communicative and made sure we were taken care of the entire stay. I highly recommend this property and plan to stay here again!

Beautiful interior studio layout, perfect for our getaway staycation

Peaceful location in beautiful Watercolor community. Short bike ride to shops and beach. A Publix is also a very short distance away if anything is forgotten. Beth greeted us upon arrival and was very nice and courteous. Would definitely recommend this location and would stay again. The food at various area restaurants within biking are amazing and would please any palate. One even had a courtesy shuttle for transportation.

Carriage House

The Carriage House and Watercolor are exactly as advertised. Both were perfect for our family vacation. Beth went above and beyond. We couldn’t make it in time to pick up our golf cart so she took time out of her day to pick it up for us. She makes you feel like part of their family! We loved it and when we come back, we know exactly where to stay!

The Best Hosts!

We enjoyed our stay in Beth and Randy’s beautiful carriage house! They were the nicest and most personable hosts of any place we’ve ever stayed. Beth was great at communicating and getting all of the information to us on time. The carriage house was decorated so beautiful and had all we needed for a great visit to Watercolor. It was an added bonus to be able to access the beach club and the pools in the neighborhood. Such beautiful amenities! All in all, we had a fabulous long weekend celebrating one of our friends daughter’s wedding! Beth and Randy were an added bonus!

Weekend getaway

My husband and I had an amazing weekend. We were lucky to find this little gem. Beth was the sweetest and was available for any questions or recommendations. She made us feel like we were family visiting from out of town. The place was clean and decorated beautifully. It’s not right on the beach, but close enough to ride bikes. We enjoyed riding through all of the trails and exploring along the way. Our favorite restaurant we ate at was The Fish out of Water. What an amazing view to watch the sunset! Right after sunset we got an amazing view of the bright starts. We definitely look forward to booking again.

Our stay at the watercolor carriage house was amazing! Beth and Randy were wonderful host. Randy met us at our arrival to greet us and provide us with our wristbands and provided us insight into the local spots. The house was actually bigger and nicer than the pictures, I feel the pictures don’t give it justice. High ceilings and very spacious for our family of 3, and private/quiet. The home is closer to the entrance of watercolor and close to camp watercolor, it’s a 5 minute walk. We walked and drove to the beach club, the walk is about 20 minutes but it is worth it. There is a parking lot close to the beach club that is free. The community is absolutely beautiful. There are walking/biking paths everywhere. If you love nature, like we do, you’ll enjoy it. The beach club was great and they provide towels when you are there or to use at the beach. The food was good at the beach club but we had the opportunity to try other outside spots that were close.My top two places were the perfect pig for breakfast or dinner, it was absolutely delicious. They had an espresso martini and blackberry lemon drop- spicy martini that was top notch. Another favorite was the daytrader Tiki bar & restaurant, wow… their Ahi Tuna salad was the best I’ve ever had. All I have to say is…if you haven’t experienced Watercolor, you need to. It really is magical. Beth & Randy’s place is the perfect spot to have that beach experience. I’ll be back next year, it’s that’s cool. Thank ya’ll!

We had a wonderful 2 night stay here with our two young children. The community is beautiful, clean and quiet. You can walk to everything that you may need (grocery store, restaurants, etc). Our kids had hours of fun at Camp Watercolor, especially on the waterslides! The Beach Club is a bit of a walk but very doable with the kids in a stroller. The communication and hospitality from Beth was unmatched! We can't wait to go back!!

My family has been coming to 30a since 1994. We fell in love with the area and built our dream home and live in the main house full time. We can't imagine living anywhere else on the planet. We have found our slice of paradise and love when our guests love it as much as we do!

Because there are only a handful of carriage houses in Watercolor that don't have to be rented with a big main house. Perfect for a few friends or a small family or a couple. The price can't be beat considering you get to enjoy nine pools and a private beach club and bikes come with the guest rental. We have repeat guests year after year and think it's an exquisite carriage house that is perfect for your get-a-way.
