Minocqua Fun

This place is located only two blocks from down town. Has a great dock to pull your boat up to. Is only one block from the boat launch. Small bedrooms but rest of the house is adequate. Would definitely stay again, however, owner is not going to be renting it out next year.

Minocqua Trip

My significant other and our dog stayed here for a week in July 2025. The property is in a good location. It’s just a short walk to the main strip in Minocqua. It also has access to a boat dock across the street. The house and furnishings are a bit dated so this is not a luxury listing. But it’s clean and safe. Everything worked in the kitchen, bathroom, etc. The only minor issue we had was there was no grill despite the ad claiming there was one. The owner quickly rectified that and there was a charcoal grill outside stocked with charcoal, lighter fluid, and a lighter the next day. The owners/managers were nice and responsive. My s/o only complaint is no king bed. But overall nice place in Minocqua which is a really neat little island town.

Wonderful property!

We have been vacationing in Minocqua for decades, and have stayed in many different places but this was by far the best! Very roomy, beautiful home with a cool history. We absolutely loved our stay and would like to stay again next year. The house was very clean, beds were comfortable, and the central air was excellent!

Poor cleanliness of house

We have come to Minocqua for over 20 years and this is the first time I’ve have ever complained about a place I’ve stayed at in Minocqua. Upon arrival we discovered the fridge had not been cleaned and there was still food in it. The shower curtains were stained and had to be washed, the silverware and dishes needed to be cleaned and a few of the lamps did not work. In addition, the TV did not work for the week. The ad indicated there was a dock that we could use, and when we went to look for it it was not there. When I called the rental agency we were told it would not be put in until mid July. The rental agency found us a dock to use for the week, but it was across the bay. This house was a huge disappointment. I would not rent it until they fix the things that are wrong with it.

Great location

Great location I purchased a bathroom rug first day as the tile was slippery and I fell getting out of shower An hour after arriving . I left it there .
