This amazing mountain home was the perfect location for our family's stay in Estes Park. Its location was ideal, the neighbors were cordial, the check-in/out process was simple... and our grandchildren loved the outdoors areas around the house. We would definitely stay at this home again! JY

The views!! If you’re looking for views close to town, this is it. It was walkable distance to downtown but still tucked away for privacy and relaxation. I’ve already shared with others who are booking! Great house for us and our three young boys.

We had such a wonderful time staying at Rocky Vista. The location was perfect and close to a lot of restaurants and the tram. The view of the Rocky Mountains was definitely the best part!

We had an amazing time at your property! The views were gorgeous and we loved the flexibility to walk into town. It was also very conveniently located to the Rocky NP which was also amazing! Thank you for keeping your property so clean, and we loved the added touch of all the towels and toilet paper having the fancy bows! We will definitely stay here again!

Incredible views and gorgeous property

The views at this property are phenomenal! A cup of tea in the morning on the deck was like heaven. Also super well located for downtown Estes yet private too! We can’t wait to come back!

I don't think you could find much better of a view from any of the three decks/patios that are included with this place. Super close to Estes Park so plenty to do if you'd like. Or just sit back and enjoy the extremely clean property and the amazing views. Just an amazing place. One of my favorites for sure!

Amazing Stay!

We absolutely loved Rocky Vista!!!! We chose to stay here specifically because of the views and they did not disappoint! They were truly breathtaking. The unit was clean, bed was super comfy, the deck/balcony was awesome, and even with our 11 month old crawling all over it was relatively baby friendly/safe.

Great location and views

I have been to Estes Park several times. This is the best place I’ve stayed in yet. The location is perfect. It’s close to downtown yet quiet. The views are spectacular. The cabin had everything we needed and some. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

I don’t often leave glowing reviews, but this place was wonderful and even better than the pictures. The whole place was immaculate and clean, but felt like home. The place was solid and well-made, not beat up like some over-rented properties. Everything felt top-notch, even the wooden stairs did not creak. This place has a great view, and is super peaceful. You do have neighbors, but they’re higher or lower and don’t feel like they’re close. It feels somewhat remote and natural, even though you can see town just below.Utensils, dishes, towels, linens, everything was nice. This was like staying at a well-to-do relatives house for a couple nights while you were in town, not a typical rental.Nothing I can fault them on. And the place doesn’t have A/C, but I was surprised it truly didn’t matter in mid-August 2026.Just a lovely place, if you’re ok with the price, you won’t be disappointed.

Beautiful property

Beautiful scenery from the deck, loved the 2 below house “morning coffee” areas, the kitchen was very well stocked as was the laundry area. One mild negative was that we could have used a few more bath towels and a big negative for us was that A/C would have been great. After a day of hiking, we came back to an 85 degree house that didn’t cool off quickly, especially if we needed the oven for dinner. Otherwise, we loved our stay and the close proximity to town and the park entrances.

Amazing Views!

Cute, clean property with amazing views. A great base for visiting RMNP. Lots of nice outdoor seating. We didn’t walk into Estes because of construction but it looked like an easy walk otherwise. The house is just up a hill from the town. Note: You have to stop at a real estate office in town to pick up & drop off the keys. Bring your own soap, shampoo, tissues. They provide a few rolls of toilet paper but not enough for our stay so we had to buy some. It wasn’t a problem at all - there’s a supermarket a 3 min drive.

This is a fabulous location with a clean, easy-to-access rental. The house is accurately represented in the photos (although the living area is smaller than it looked, but was not a problem.) The kitchen is stocked and easy to use Everything seemed new. The deck overlooking Estes and the mountains is fabulous and was our favorite part!
