Le logement , proche de St Florent et non loin de Bastia est situé dans un village calme, typiquement Corse.La literie était convenable, le linge fourni propre et le lit fait, ce qui est appréciable.Pour que l'expérience soit encore meilleure, un ménage un peu plus approfondi (portes de four et de frigo...)et quelques petites vérifications côté équipement (tiroirs cuisine, chaise extérieures..) pourraient apporter un vrai plus. Cela permettrait de rendre le séjour encore plus confortable.

Et bien oui les bonnes choses ont une fin! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et tenons à vous remercier pour tout. L'appartement est bien équipé.Idéalement situé, environnement paisible. Centre ville de Bastia et Plage idyllique à moins de 15min en voiture. Voisinage agréable et discret. Nous sommes ravis et reposés.

Ein eher weniger gepflegtes Objekt mit viel Luft nach oben bezüglich Sauberkeit und Einrichtung. Das Bett war für uns viel zu hart, die Küchenmöbel zum Teil beschädigt.Auf uns wirkte die Wohnung leider nicht gemütlichund war hellhörig in Richtung Nachbarschaft.Schön war die Klimaanlage und die strategisch günstige Lage um den Norden Korsikas zu erkunden. Der Check-in war holprig. Der Gastgeber hat zwar schnell schriftlich geantwortet, natürlich auf französisch mit der Bitte eine Person vor Ort anzurufen. Diese sprach auch nur französisch. Eine Kommunikation war somit leider nicht möglich, obwohl wir im Vorfeld angaben, aus Deutschland zu kommen und nur auf deutsch schrieben.Eine vorgefertigte, englischsprachige genaue Ortsbeschreibung der Wohnung wäre sehr hilfreich. Glücklicherweise trafen wir eine Bewohnerin vor Ort, welche sich sehr bemühte, uns zu helfen. Vielen Dank nochmal dafür an, ich glaube Katrin oder so ähnlich ist ihr Name. Thema Parken: die Zufahrt zum Objekt ist sehr schmal, erst fußläufig erkunden und dann entscheiden. Wir parkten an der Hauptstraße, keinesfalls aber vor privaten Objekten und auch nicht vor dem geschlossenen Hotel im Ort(Tip vom Ortsansässigen)!Insgesamt war das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nur mäßig.

Non rispecchia la realtá

Check-in alle 16, contattiamo l’host per via di un problema che abbiamo avuto e che ci portava a tardare un bel po, arriviamo nella casa e non si presenta nessuno. La vicina ci ha aiutato a trovare la chiave. Locali sporchi, odore sgradevole e pungente, cucina fatiscente ma ho gradito presenza di spezie e caffè. Wifi ok, ma come posizione non rispecchia quello che é scritto sull’articolo, la spiaggia non é assolutamente nelle vicinanze. Parcheggio inesistente. Giardino privato ma i vicini non vogliono che ci lasci libero il cane perché ci sono dei gattini Sul sito era scritto check-out alle 11, i proprietari ci bussano alle 10 dicendo che dovevamo andarcene!! Ovviamente avevamo tutte le nostre cose in giro e il mio compagno era appena uscito dalla doccia, a dir poco imbarazzante e spiacevole correre e ricordarsi di prendere tutte le cose mentre loro ci guardavano dalla porta a vetri. Non proprio una bella esperienza, fatevelo andar bene in poche parole!

Lamentable

Ce n'est pas un appartement moderne c'est un appartement délabré. On n'ose pas ouvrir les tiroirs et portes des éléments de peur qu'ils nous restent dans les mains. Les étagères et la vaisselle sont sales. Les sièges extérieurs sont déchiquetés par les chats. L'horaire d'arrivée est normalement 16h mais il nous a été demandé d'arriver le matin. Les fils électriques du chauffe eau qui se trouve près de la douche, ne sont pas protégés.Cet appartement ne devrait pas être mis en location.

5 jours à Barbaggio

Petit logement très simple mais idéal pour 2 personnes et ok chien! Dans les hauteurs entre St Florent et Bastia. Environnement paisible. Terrasse agréable. Stationnement à quelques pas de l'appartement. Jacques est un très bon hote disponible et reactif. Excellent rapport qualité/prix.

Excellent rapport qualité/prix, super vue et localisation pour visiter la région

J'ai trouvé la localisation de l'appartement parfaite pour rayonner en voiture sur Bastia (20min), Saint-Florent (10min), les villages du Nebbio et le début du Cap Corse. Et cela à un prix très attractif comparé aux prix de Bastia par exemple. Le village est très calme ce qui permet de faire de bonnes nuits. J'ai adoré la vue sur la montagne depuis la terrasse. Et, depuis l'intérieur, sur le vert des platanes (en mai, on ne voit pas très bien la mer derrière). J'ai toujours eu une place pour me garer le long de la route. Le WiFi, le lave-linge, la grande télé, le chauffage et équipements de cuisine ont très bien marché. L'appartement était parfait pour une personne (si vous êtes plusieurs et pudiques, notez juste que les toilettes sont séparées du salon par un simple rideau). Mais surtout, sachez que Jacques, la personne qui m'a accueillie à mon arrivée, a fait preuve d'une extrême disponibilité, gentillesse et serviabilité et a été très à l'écoute de mes demandes et de ce qui pourrait être amélioré. N'hésitez pas à l'appeler si quelque chose manque ou ne vous convient pas. Il y avait effectivement une odeur de cigarette dans l'appartement quand j'y suis arrivée (comme souligné par un précédent locataire) mais nous avons, a priori, identifié son origine (un attrape-rêve accroché au mur de la chambre qui semblait avoir emmagasiné l'odeur). Ça sentait déjà moins en le sortant et tout le reste était nickel (aucune odeur sur le canapé ou les draps par exemple).

Appartement à fuir car imprégné d'odeur de cigarettes. Le ménage n'avait pas été fait lors de notre arrivée. La vaisselle était sale et imprégnée de fumée de cigarettes. Les escaliers pour monter à l'appartement sont dangereux et sans protection. Non conformité électrique. Les fils électriques du chauffe eau sont apparents et le chauffe eau est à côté de la douche! L'appartement n'a de moderne que le nom, l'espace douche/WC n'est séparé de la pièce de vie que par un rideau. Les gens du coin ne sont pas surpris des conditions que nous avons trouvé. Je ne comprends pas les avis positifs

Location situé dans un petit village proche de Saint Florent et Bastia. Le désert des Agriates et le Cap Corse sont a côté de quoi passé un superbe séjour et de belles visites de villages typiques

Kleine Wohnung in schöner Lage

Die Wohnung war ungefähr so wie auf den Bildern und so wie beschrieben. Der Balkon lädt zum gemütlichen Essen bei Sonnenuntergang ein. Die Lage ist ruhig und man kommt relativ schnell an die Ost- und Westküste. An sich waren wir zufrieden bis auf die Sauberkeit der Wohnung. Die Bettwäsche waren schmutzig und ungewaschen und auch die Küche (Kühlschrank, Ablagen) waren nicht geputzt. Da uns Sauberkeit wichtig ist leider nur drei Sterne, aber ansonsten ein schöner Aufenthalt!

Séjour très agréable

Séjour très agréable. Emplacement idéal pour découvrir le nord de la corse (15-20min de Bastia et saint Florent). Logement en hauteur qui permet d avoir un peu de fraîcheur le soir et le matin (la climatisation fait le reste). Très bien pour deux personnes.

Une location inattendue

Séjour agréable à Barbaggio dans cette location, voisinage très sympathique, le restaurant l’Alivu juste à côté est parfait ! Il manque cependant une table et chaises plus confortables pour l’extérieur. Pas de machine à café Senseo comme indiquée sur l’annonce (mes capsules achetées inutilisables) et pas de vue sur mer. Propreté des placards moyenne. Difficile d’accès pour les gros véhicules et pas de parking devant la location. Sinon globalement ce fût un excellent séjour .
