This house has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with walk-in shower and a separate toilet and a storeroom to store boards (or other things). In addition to its 65 m² it offers a wooden terrace, on a totally fenced and shaded plot of 400m². You will have at your disposal all the equipment necessary for the tranquility of your holidays (dishwasher, fridge/freezer, hob, electric oven, microwave oven, extractor hood, coffee maker, senseo coffee maker, toaster, vacuum cleaner, tv, washing machine, garden furniture, parasol, barbecue, 2 relaxers, 2 armchairs...

You have the possibility to book 1 or more wooden games to liven up your evenings with friends or family (carrom, air hockey, Japanese billiards, Dutch billiards, mini bowling, giant mikado, chip game) depending on their availability

You will be welcomed by the owner who resides on the Ile d'Oléron with an assortment of homemade jam and depending on the season tomatoes or aromatic herbs from the owner's garden or wine or pineau.

THE TOURIST TAX IS TO BE ADDED, I.E. 1EURO65 PER ADULT PER NIGHT;
IN SUMMER, RENTAL IS DONE FROM SUNDAY TO SUNDAY TO ALLOW TENANTS A MORE SERENE ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE, THUS AVOIDING THE DIFFICULT ACCESS TO THE ISLAND OF OLÉRON.
Hygiene measure: mattress pads changed for each tenant, switching to bleach. Disinfection of handles and surfaces between each tenant with disinfectant wipes
