The bike paths surrounding the house will take you to the lake, the skate park, or Île aux Enfants in 5 minutes, and to the ocean in 1 hour (15 minutes by car). You’ll ride through beautiful forests.

The house features a large open-concept living area with an open kitchen and a sloping ceiling, opening onto a terrace of nearly 50 m², part of which is covered (30 m²). It offers a magnificent view of the pool and its 20 m² terrace, the pool house, and the garden.

The pool, secured with a motorised slat cover, and the fenced-in garden provide a lovely play area for your children.

Fully equipped, the house is ideal for accommodating 3 couples with 2 children or blended families.

Baby equipment provided free of charge: travel cot, mattress, safety gate, umbrella stroller, small baby bathtub, and high chair.

The enclosed parking area can accommodate 2–3 cars.

Cleaning NOT included. The property must be returned in its original clean condition: interior, exterior, and appliances included.
Sheets, towels, bath mats, and tea towels NOT included.
