Private: property 3'000 m2 (fenced), well-kept garden with lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool (12 x 5 m, depth 100 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 05.Apr. - 30.Oct.). Shower/WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: fitness room, table football. Parking at the house on the premises.
