Disappointed
The location is great. Nothing else was. The neighbor was noisy. The check in and out process was ridiculous. They took pictures of everything. Every little ding in the furniture and walls, etc. They also have a book of instructions which is probably 10 years old. It had inventory pictures of everything in the apartment but little of it matched what is actually there. Different tv, furniture, washer, etc. And specific instructions not to place anything hot on the counters or cut on the counters. The counters in the kitchen and bathroom were old nasty stained butcher block counters that had seen better days. And the cutting boards they had were at least five years old and disgusting. The kitchen had way to many dishes and pots and pans yet they had no baking sheets and only one old half melted spatula. I wish I could attach photos to show you. The place was not very clean by my standards. There was black hairs stuck to the walls of one bathroom. The baseboards hadn’t been cleaned in ages. We asked about housekeeping and they gave us a number to call to set it up. The came the following week and did a half assed job so we never called them back. Then without our permission or even notifying us the cleaners came three days before we were scheduled to leave. And the washer broke the second day we were there. After numerous calls and visits we never had a working washer and had to send out our laundry. Had to ask for sheets and towels. Also charged over 200euros for electricity.
