Very nice 75 m² apartment with a fully enclosed south-facing garden with garden furniture, parasol and alarm.
The accommodation consists of two bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with a bunk bed), American-style kitchen with ceramic hob, equipped with refrigerator, microwave, citrus press, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker and toaster.
Bathroom with shower and bathtub.
Facilities provided: iron, internet access (wifi), hairdryer, air conditioning throughout the accommodation, communal swimming pool, outdoor parking no. 37 same building, 2 televisions, one in the lounge and another in the master bedroom.

Echt een aanrader!
Ik ben 14 dagen in dit appartement geweest. Het ligt in een rustig gebied met mooi uitzicht vanuit de tuin. Het appartement was keurig netjes opgeruimd en schoon.
Ben je afhankelijk van een rolstoel dan is dat geen probleem. Ik ben zelf ook afhankelijk van een rolstoel en kon overal makkelijk bij. Ook naar de tuin ging gemakkelijk ondanks dat daar een kleine rails loopt vanwege de schuifpui.
Ik zeg: “Volgend jaar weer naar dit appartement!” ️🇪🇸

Apartamento amplio y moderno con una gran terraza
Las estancias, la piscina, la terraza, la comodidad de las camas, la equipación
Falta algo de mensaje como tapa de mricoondas y sartenes pequeñas y cazo o cucharón.
El armario de limpieza del baño huele a humedad.
El sofá esta bastante deteriorado
