Great property. Has everything you need. I’d maybe bring some extra pillows. And maybe some extra covers as only a sheet/duvet cover provided.

We have just returned from 11 days in this lovely villa. It was our first time being in a villa as we have always done hotels and I have to say we were delighted. The owners have thought of every little detail to make the stay perfect. The kitchen is perfectly stocked with every utensil you would need, the accommodation is lovely with great quality air conditioning, loads of family space and perfect size bedrooms. As a family we must have spent 7-8 hours a day in the beautiful heated pool. There are amazing electric awnings to create shade for the little ones with an outdoor electric bbq as well. Just around the corner there is a parade of small bars and restaurants. Out of our 11 days we only left the area twice, everything you need is at the villa or in walking distance. We will definitely go back.

Amazing

Wow, what can I say, immaculate and stunning villa. We came to visit our parents who live on the urb and From walking in to the villa and leaving, I was amazed with how beautiful the villa is, will definitely look to stay here again! Spacious, modern and homely place to stay. The pool and outdoor area was also stunning and a great place to relax in the sun.

A modern clean villa with a lovely pool!

We stayed here with our baby and dog for a month and had a wonderful stay. The complex is great and has some good bars/restaurants. The bed is comfortable, as is the living area. The sunbeds are also! It gets the sun all day long so perfect for sitting in the sun with no surrounding noise. The host was easy to deal with. We will be back!

Lovely Pool, clean house

The house was very clean, Diana, key holder, was lovely and very friendly and welcoming. There was everything that you needed in the villa. We had a disabled family member and it wasn’t at all suitable for him but that wasn’t necessarily the fault of the property owner, but we thought from photos and conversations that it would be ok. Lovely villa over all and happy with the stay.

Haustierfreundlich , aber Tierpreis teuer.1 Rollade defekt . Nicht mehr repariert. 2 Rollade dann auch noch . 3. Rollade sensorstörung.Häuser sehr eng gebaut . Kaum Privacy .Im Ort selbst wenig Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ohne Auto ganz schlecht. Gastgeber immer erreichbar.

Immaculate villa

Lovely villa, very well equipped and in very good condition. Very clean. Lovely private pool as well. Walking distance to 2 or 3 restaurants and a supermarket. The area is quiet, residential. Los Montesinos is a 5 minute drive away, very easy to get to and it has numerous bars and restaurants. About 20 minutes to the nearest beaches. A lovely place to stay and I would definitely recommend it.
