Hyper modern new house completed in May 2017 and available for rent from the end of June 2017
It is composed of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and has a living area of 100 m2
It has a beautiful terrace overlooking a garden with an 8 m long swimming pool facing south-west
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave, fridge, fridge
  As well as a washing machine.
On the ground floor a bedroom with two beds that can be joined into a 160 bed, as well as a bathroom with shower and WC.
Upstairs, a bedroom with a 160 cm bed, and a second bedroom with two beds which can be assembled into a 160 bed. A bathroom with shower and WC
All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes
The living room is equipped with a large table and a beautiful living room with a TV screen with French, English, German German channels, etc.

Great Vacation Spot!!

Nice golf resort, comfortable house (esp. beds and showers), wintersun from 11.00-17.00, well equipped kitchen, good sunbeds, in 5 minutes on the AP7, in 10 minutes in Queseda for shopping and restaurants.

Amazing

Wow, what can I say, immaculate and stunning villa. We came to visit our parents who live on the urb and From walking in to the villa and leaving, I was amazed with how beautiful the villa is, will definitely look to stay here again! Spacious, modern and homely place to stay. The pool and outdoor area was also stunning and a great place to relax in the sun.

We spent a week in this apartment. House was very clean, nice and level of equipment was good. Yard area is spacious and the pool is a good size for swimming. Overall everything went very well.

A modern clean villa with a lovely pool!

We stayed here with our baby and dog for a month and had a wonderful stay. The complex is great and has some good bars/restaurants. The bed is comfortable, as is the living area. The sunbeds are also! It gets the sun all day long so perfect for sitting in the sun with no surrounding noise. The host was easy to deal with. We will be back!

Lovely Pool, clean house

The house was very clean, Diana, key holder, was lovely and very friendly and welcoming. There was everything that you needed in the villa. We had a disabled family member and it wasn’t at all suitable for him but that wasn’t necessarily the fault of the property owner, but we thought from photos and conversations that it would be ok. Lovely villa over all and happy with the stay.

Supertolle Anlage

Schon die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, aber auch der Kontakt zum Check-in und Check-out waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist außerordentlich. Alles war sauber und gepflegt. In der Küche mangelt es maximal an Kaffeelöffeln, alles andere ist ausreichend vorhanden. Die Ausstattung an Elektrogeräten ist hervorragend, beginnend mit Eletroherd, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Geschirrspüler, Staubsauger, Bügeleisen, Waschmaschine bis hin zum Wäschetrockner, dieser allerdings im Gartenhaus "versteckt". Wer mag, hatte auch Fernseh- und SAT-Anlage sowie WLAN-Zugang zur Verfügung. Die Klimaanlage bzw. Heizung funktionierte, wie sie musste. Wir hatten immer ein angenehmes Raumklima. Leider ließen die Temperaturen eine Nutzung des groß dimensionierten Pools nicht zu. Wir haben uns jederzeit wohlgefühlt und können die Anlage uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Allerdings waren wir uns im Vorfeld auch im Klaren, dass Vistabella Golf etwas abseits liegt, trotzdem zentral, um die zahlreichen Städte und Strände sowie einige Sehenswürdigkeiten anfahren zu können. Deshalb hatten wir unser eigenes Fahrzeug dabei.Wir wünschen Herrn Lafontaine alles Gute für die Zukunft und jederzeit zufriedene Gäste.

Fantastisch!

Superfijn huis, alles wat je nodig hebt voor een mooi vakantie is aanwezig. We voelden ons zeer welkom bij aankomst en alles werd duidelijk uitgelegd. Lekker zwemmen, buiten eten en genieten van de omgeving, een zeer geslaagde vakantie..

Ideal für Golfferien

Moderne, sehr gut möblierte Villa, mit allem was man für den Ferienaufenthalt benötigt. Ein Golfplatz ist vor Ort, mehrere in einer kurzen Autofahrt erreichbar. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, und können die Vila nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Immaculate villa

Lovely villa, very well equipped and in very good condition. Very clean. Lovely private pool as well. Walking distance to 2 or 3 restaurants and a supermarket. The area is quiet, residential. Los Montesinos is a 5 minute drive away, very easy to get to and it has numerous bars and restaurants. About 20 minutes to the nearest beaches. A lovely place to stay and I would definitely recommend it.

Lovely villa

The property had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Very comfortable. Disappointed we couldn’t get into the pool (October) as it is not heated but we were aware of this when booking. Location was good but you do need a car. Lots of places to visit but some information about the local area, good restaurants and places of interest would have been helpful.
