The Holiday Jeans Apartament is a delightful apartment located in one of the most prestigious neighborhoods of Rome, a few meters from the Vatican, the Judicial City, the Rai Italian Television studios, Castel Santangelo and served by all means of metro communication included.
The owner is a well-known Italian music producer and this apartment has been his office and recording studio for years. Like all artists he is used to changes of direction and one day after many successes he wanted to turn a page of his life and while continuing to produce musical works he transformed his studio into a holiday home, however leaving some indelible artistic features such as the wonderful Juke Box Rock Ola 70s, some furnishings, beautiful paintings, chandeliers and a music room (open on request) where you can enjoy a beautiful piano, some stringed musical instruments (guitar and bass) up to try your hand at registration of course if someone knows how to use some technical devices.
The house always frequented by well-known personalities of the Italian artistic music scene is sunny and the colored notes as well as the musical ones stand out.
There is a spacious entrance, three comfortable finely furnished bedrooms, all with LCD TV and air conditioning, two bathrooms, a kitchen dining room, the aforementioned music room, ventilation system for the exchange of filtered air, hot water system and independent heating, every other comfort and finally from a courtyard garden where you can enjoy a few moments of relaxation and eat outside in good weather.
