Apartment located in the renowned port of Maratea (PZ) the pearl of the Tyrrhenian Sea. Although it is in the central area a few steps from the port, 20 meters from the sea, the place is quiet and peaceful, perfect for a holiday of relaxation and fun.
The apartment is equipped with color TV, washing machine, 4g wifi, kitchen with fridge / freezer and shower. and a second bathroom.
Independent entrance in a beautiful living room with fireplace, table and relaxation area, a well-equipped kitchen, a large bedroom, a terrace and a laundry.
The house is located in the ZTL area, but accessible to those who stay there, so you can make the csrico and discharge.
Within walking distance there is a private and beautiful beach called "Darsena", in addition to the port there are a series of boats in the summer months that make shuttle service to some characteristic beaches that lead to visit characteristic sights of Maratea.

Alloggio OK, proprietaria un po' meno

Proprietaria approssimativa. Difficoltà nella comunicazione, tanto che mi ha contattata solo un'ora prima del check-in, quando provavo a contattarla dalla mattina precedente per avere delle informazioni e sapere a che ora potevamo lasciare i bagagli (visto che quando abbiamo prenotato aveva detto che sarebbe stato possibile lasciarli prima del check-in), quindi siamo partiti quasi "al buio" e ovviamente non abbiamo potuto lasciare i bagagli prima. Poi ha tardato 40 minuti all'appuntamento per il check-in...abbiamo aspettato mentre le zanzare ci divoravano (fortunatamente in casa non ce ne erano). ...insomma, un inizio vacanza non dei migliori. Sicuramente migliore è l'alloggio, anche se mancavano olio e tovaglioli/scottex, oltre allo sportello del congelatore. Inoltre una cosa da far notare è che la lavanderia, ovvero il secondo bagno, si trova fuori casa. Complessivamente l'alloggio era accogliente e pulito, che sono le cose più importanti.
