Disappointing

So on my behalf I should’ve checked to see if it said heated pool. I thought because it had a connecting jacuzzi it would be heated, but NO the whole stay I wasn’t able to use the pool or the jacuzzi. The jacuzzi water pump was broke and the pool was ice cold. Which really put a damper on my anniversary I contacted the owner who said they’ll have some one come look at it. Not only did no one come but I didn’t even get a simple apology or offer to help fix the situation. My family and I will not be using this sight or this location in our future trips
