We had a wonderful 17 night stay in this villa it was very clean, well equipped with all kitchen essentials. The pool decking was the highlight for us due to the extended pool decking with plenty of comfy sun loungers. Already booked to go back later this year. Nicest villa we have stayed in on Windsor hills. Paul was a great host booking process was very easy, checked in on us during our stay to make sure everything was fine. Highly recommend booking this villa.

This house was perfect for our big family, and so close to WDW you have to drive through WDW roads to get to the house from the airport. Loved it was a gated community with 24 hour security gate.

Over all it was a decent stay however paid for hot tub water and didn’t have it the first 3 days. Two individual had to come fit it. The last night there the pool wasn’t filtering and very green and stagnant couldn’t swim. The host was very commutative and great. There was only half rolls of toilet paper no trash bags had to purchase these items a day after stay. Just things to plan for that you normally wouldn’t.

Hi Brenda Thank you for choosing our house for your vacation The Spa was working but you struggled to work it so as soon as you reached out to me I sent out a technician to show you how to work it The house manager came the day after you said the pool was green and reported back that it was clear and fine All bathrooms are left with a toilet roll and the kitchen bin is left with a trash bag. This is to start you off when you arrive.

Highly recommend this stay!

We had multiple families staying and it was great to each have our own bathrooms and areas in the house. Large main area for gathering together. Location was great for accessing the parks. It was also nice to stay away from the parks and have the private pool for winding down after busy days!

Great Home - everything we wanted

We've rented vacation homes for 15+ years, and this was the cleanest home we've ever stayed in. Beds were comfortable, you can tell it's a well cared for home. We'll definitely book again when we return to Orlando.

Wonderful Home

This is our 4th year using rental properties to visit Disney and this one was by far the best experience! It was super close to all the parks. Paul is so wonderful and his property management was fantastic for any needs that came up during our stay. I definitely recommend this home!

Great stay.

We had a great stay at this home in Windsor Hills. We had 10 people and the house is so big we always had lots of room. Property owner and Manager are very quick to reply. House pool area was great with a large deck area and Windsor hill’s amenities are awesome. Overall a great stay. Looking forward already to our next stay.

Perfect vacation home

We stayed in the villa for 1 week in May and had an amazing time. The villa is located in a perfect location for all attractions in Orlando, it would be difficult to get any closer to Disney. We found the villa to be very clean, well kept and had everything you would need for a family holiday. It is located in a gated community and it felt very safe. I would highly recommend this villa and we will certainly stay again!

Fantastic Host Communication-Great House for large group

The Host was amazing with communication prior to and during our stay! The house worked out really well for us. We had a group of 8 adults in the house and two, 3-5 y/o, so it was busy! The house is well appointed and had the necessities for us to cook during our stay, relax, use the pool, etc. The parking can be a challenge, so coordinate with the Host in advance of your stay.
