Stunning 6 Bedroom 4 Bath Home with, South Facing Pool in Highly Sought after Windsor Hills Resort. This house is only ONE of a handful with an EXTRA LARGE pool area allowing seating allowing seating all around the pool. Pool lanai has a TV.
On the first level, the sixth bedroom with a private bathroom. Kitchen is fully equipped and spacious. Downstairs is the family and living rooms and a dining area that comfortably seats 6. Upstairs you will find two master suites with private bathrooms. There are three additional bedrooms: one with a King double bed and two with two bedrooms with twin beds. All bedroom) have a cable TV! The family room is equipped with comfortable seating, a cable TV, DVD, You can relax with the additional living room. The garage has been converted into a games room with a slate-bed pool table and darts games. We provide free WiFi. The Clubhouse and resort pool is a 5 minute walk. BOOK TODAY.

The gated community: Some of the magnificent features of this 24-hour Man-Gated community include a luxurious heated lagoon-style pool with fountains, waterslides, water jet and a Jacuzzi, children’s water play area with water slides and a separate toddle pool, lot of cushioned loungers, and many more features to enjoy as you soak in the Florida sunshine. The lighted tennis, basketball courts and sand volleyball courts, as well as a newly opened golf practice putting/chipping green area. Next to it, there’s a fabulous “Castle” play area and children’s playground. The unique, castle themed playground has something for everyone. A dragon guards the drawbridge over the moat and once inside, children and imaginations run wild! Whether it’s a quiet game of jumbo chess or rescuing a damsel in distress from the castle dungeon, boys and girls of all ages are sure to find a one of a kind play experience and they will come back again and again.
Communal Clubhouse : The amazing clubhouse over-looking the pool has a game room, HD movie theatre, state of the art fitness centre, and has billiards tables, and a video game area, a sundry shop (now with bar), and other outdoor recreational activities such as outdoor poolside ping pong, all surrounding the heated Double Olympic Size Swimming Pool with waterslide! The clubhouse and lagoon hot tub area are set next to a beautiful wetlands area, amidst lush tropical landscaping throughout the whole resort.

This house was perfect for our big family, and so close to WDW you have to drive through WDW roads to get to the house from the airport. Loved it was a gated community with 24 hour security gate.

Highly recommend this stay!

We had multiple families staying and it was great to each have our own bathrooms and areas in the house. Large main area for gathering together. Location was great for accessing the parks. It was also nice to stay away from the parks and have the private pool for winding down after busy days!

Great Home - everything we wanted

We've rented vacation homes for 15+ years, and this was the cleanest home we've ever stayed in. Beds were comfortable, you can tell it's a well cared for home. We'll definitely book again when we return to Orlando.

We had a great stay at this home in Windsor Hills. We had 10 people and the house is so big we always had lots of room. Property owner and Manager are very quick to reply. House pool area was great with a large deck area and Windsor hill’s amenities are awesome. Overall a great stay. Looking forward already to our next stay.

Wonderful Home

This is our 4th year using rental properties to visit Disney and this one was by far the best experience! It was super close to all the parks. Paul is so wonderful and his property management was fantastic for any needs that came up during our stay. I definitely recommend this home!

Fantastic Host Communication-Great House for large group

The Host was amazing with communication prior to and during our stay! The house worked out really well for us. We had a group of 8 adults in the house and two, 3-5 y/o, so it was busy! The house is well appointed and had the necessities for us to cook during our stay, relax, use the pool, etc. The parking can be a challenge, so coordinate with the Host in advance of your stay.

Perfect vacation home

We stayed in the villa for 1 week in May and had an amazing time. The villa is located in a perfect location for all attractions in Orlando, it would be difficult to get any closer to Disney. We found the villa to be very clean, well kept and had everything you would need for a family holiday. It is located in a gated community and it felt very safe. I would highly recommend this villa and we will certainly stay again!

Excellent stay at Windsor Hills

First, I would like to say that the owner, Paul Rudkin, has a wonderful house to rent. It is very clean and has all that you need - even strollers to use for trips to Disney. The pool attached to the house is a plus after a day at the parks and the water park that is within walking distance was great for the children as well as the adults. Second, I would definitely recommend this house as it is soooooo near Disney - just off route 4 and west on 192. Walmart is close and has all you need. Sleeping quarters and all cooking materials were excellent. Our pool was heated and that we really appreciated.

Disney vacation

Place was located close to all the Disney parks. The gated community was awesome with lots to do for our little ones. The house needed some TLC as far as cleanliness as the fans were covered in dust & there was some mould in the showers. We were travelling with a 3 year old and 7 month old and it was disconcerting to find a small blue pill on the carpet in the front bedroom upstairs. Would have been nice to have a couple of blankets for the couch. Overall it was a really nice property and we would definitely stay there again.

Excellent Villa!

We loved our stay at Windsor Hills! We wanted a Villa large enough to house my wife and I, our children and their spouses together with 2 granddaughters, and this Villa really hit the spot. The location is perfect for Disney (15 mins max away) and close to shops and restaurants on the 192 for eating out. The Pool was perfect for both the adults and the children to play in, and having the extended patio area made the whole outside area seem far more spacious than previous Villas we have used. All our party really enjoyed the use of the Villa which contributed to the overall enjoyment of our holiday to celebrate my 60th birthday. Communication with Paul was excellent; and I would readily return on my next visit with the family.
