Perfect, but too short Perfect flat for a holiday for two. The surroundings are perfect, the neighbourhood is wonderful. It's not cheap but with the facilities I wouldn't expect anything else. So I can't really say anything bad.

Great place to stay

Great place to stay. Very spacious for a Paris apartment with the main floor and upstairs bedroom. Pictures are accurate. Clean, well decorated and appointed, quiet and well air conditioned. Only a 3-5 minute walk to the metro. Nice neighborhood, bustling just outside the door with shops and restaurants during the day and very quiet at night.

Todo bien, solo problemas con Jacuzzi y Puerta Positive: La ubicación Negative Jacuzzi no sirve. L

All good, only problems with Jacuzzi and door. : The location Jacuzzi is not working. The door gets stuck when opening and closing.

Warning! Stay away from this rental. Construction on going in adjacent space with shared wall. Full new buildout and no idea of timeline to finish. We were not made aware of this prior to booking. Vacated early and asked for partial reimbursement of money and was refused. "Guest Ready" company told us not their responsibility. No word from owner whoever they are. I wonder if they have notified any of the current future renters of this issue? Pitiful to not offer some partial reimbursement!!! Very disappointing. I worked in Bali for over a year. Much kinder/nicer people there and not represented well by this place.
