Modern Holiday Home & Stunning Outdoor Living

Designed specifically as a beach holiday home to relax in, this modern 4 bedroom beach house has indoor/outdoor living and all the modern conveniences. It is the perfect beach holiday accommodation for one to three couples or families with friends and kids in tow.

Getaway Bach:
The large open-plan living area opens completely to an expansive deck, BBQ, and disappearing sliding doors. Wheel the 8-seater dining table outside and enjoy your evenings eating in front of the outdoor fireplace. There are two bathrooms, an extra downstairs toilet, and a warm outdoor shower.

Bring the kid's bikes because the Bach is located in a quiet flat cul-de-sac opposite a reserve and within strolling distance to Tennis courts (1 min) - Beach, Store and Gas Station (2 mins) - Estuary and Boat ramp (10 mins). Whangapoua Beach must be one of the best beaches on the Coromandel Peninsula and the only way to access the glorious New Chums Beach (15min walk). A round of golf is approx 10 minutes drive to Matarangi. The Coromandel township has a number of great eateries, seafood specialty shops, and art and crafts stores.

A 15min drive to Lukes Kitchen in Kuaotunu is a must for the best pizza experience and traditional MASSIVE Kiwi Ice-creams at the Kuaotunu store.

Often rented as accommodation for the wedding season we have a washing machine and dryer, also an Iron and Ironing board. The property managers live next door so are easily accessible if you need help with anything.

- Xmas and New Year (please enquire). Peak prices apply during public holidays.

Beautiful holiday home that easily accommodated our large family group. Peaceful garden setting with plenty of options for outdoor living with covered seating, an outdoor fire place and all within a 5 minute stroll to shop and stunning beach. There was a fully equipped kitchen and plenty of options for indoor entertainment Netflix/ games/wifi/books etc Owners were great to deal with. Wonderful stay for a family Christmas.

Beautiful weekend away!

We really enjoyed our weekend away. The house was perfect set up to accomodate 3 couples and kids, didn’t feel crowded at all. Modern furnishings and comfortable beds. Short walk to the beach and lovely quite street which was great with young kids. Highly recommend this home to anyone😊

Great location and property.

Centrally located, close to beach, tennis courts and essentially the local store. Light filled, airy and roomy, perfect holiday property. North West facing, so good sun and outside seating to take advantage of the setting sun. Loved the coffee machine, it got a lot of use, and no need to have to go elsewhere for a good coffee while on holiday!

Warm and Comfortable

Very nice home, well specified with comfortable beds. 3 toilets and 2 bathrooms are really valuable on holiday Short walk to the beach down a walkway. Clean and tidy, property managers live next door so can sort any minor issues you have great place on sunny days with nice open deck and outdoor fireplace, but also plenty of room for a group with large dining tablele and seating space.

Brad and Lou - we so appreciate you allowing us to use your lovely home for the weekend. Our daughter and her friends had a wonderful time. Memories for a lifetime! My first visit to Whangapoua and I’ll definitely be back. I can’t recommend this house enough for comfort, outdoor flow and a huge variety of entertainment options. Tidy and Comfortable Holiday Home

Exactly as promised. We had a wonderful holiday in a spacious, clean and well organised home, with quality fittings and equipment throughout. Multiple bathrooms were very useful. We loved the outdoor fire and used it most nights, the wide opening living areas connecting to the large deck. Kitchen completely functional for a group of 10, and massive dining table a great addition to our nights. Although the weather was pretty windy, the house was very sheltered and only a couple of hundred metres to the shop and beach, so great and quiet location.

Everything we could want

This place was perfect for my family, lots of space, close to the beach and with various conveniences that made for a comfortable stay. The coffee machine meant we didn’t need to go out. The small holiday pad on the same property meant we could invite additional famil.

This was a fabulous holiday made even better by the great accomodation.

We had a much needed catch-up with family from overseas and out NZ based daughter no grandchildren. The house was superb and happily fitted us all in. The central living area was fabulous for mixing and we had plenty of space to chill out and relax. The owners are very generous with their house and we felt very much at home. Loved every minute.

Amazing location and perfect for families!

We had 2 families with 6 kids staying. Amazing location just a short stroll to the beach even for the younger ones. The beach is spectacular! Bring the bikes and scooters as it’s a quiet street and the kids had a ball playing at the end of the road. Has everything you need and more.

Awesome house in amazing location

We have an awesome week in Whangapoua with some friends and our young families. The house is located down a quiet cul de sac, and is a 5 minute walk down a short walkway to the beach and local store. The photos of the house don’t do it justice! The house itself is beautifully furnished and well set up for enjoying the amazing deck that gets all day sun, bean bags and outside settee, plus the outdoor fire is great for when it gets a bit colder at night. The beds are comfy and the kitchen is well stoked with all the basics. There are also a great selection of DVDs and books for the kids. The bunk room is upstairs and the stairs are quite steep so if you have smaller kids it might be worth bringing a gate to stop them going up and down on there own. Would highly recommend to anyone. We’d love to return!

Large well set out Holiday Home at a truely Gorgeous Beach

We had a wonderful 6 days here with extended family (9 in total), thoroughly enjoyed by all, plenty of room with the 4 large bedrooms, comfortable beds, Awesome outdoor area, close to the Beach. It is obviously a Holiday Home they use which made it very comfortable. we found the Stairs were quite steep, we had 3 children varying from 8 months to 3 1/2 years and the Property Manager tried to provide Guards for the Stairs but they didn't fit, we did appreciate them trying, we would certainly recommend to anyone, as everyone was very easy to deal with from start to finish.
