Park your car and take a hike or ride your bike. This first floor unit is within walking distance to everything local in Black Mountain. Such as; restaurants, breweries, shops, craft stores, picnic areas, walking paths, greenways and town festivities. There is also a nearby golf course, park and lake. You will be in downtown Black Mountain. Walking distance to downtown, near I-40; Montreat College; Camp Merri-Mac; Katazuma; Warren Wilson College; 20 minute drive to Asheville; 30 min drive to Catawba Falls.
This first floor unit is a two bath one and a half bath newly remodeled with a washer /dryer for your private use. You can enjoy the front porch (with a table and swing) or use the shared backyard.

My husband is a native of Black Mountain, I moved here 10 years ago. From the time I first came to Black Mountain I fell in love with it. I love the community, restaurants and the outdoors. Our community is beautiful, always perfectly landscaped and town square is decorated to match the season. Everyone is hospitable and most of the businesses are pet friendly. The weather is mild enough yet we still experience all the seasons. It is the perfect place to vacation and just relax.

Why they chose this property

Black Mountain is the front porch of the Blue Ridge Mountains. We love this property due to its location. It is walking distance to downtown Black Mountain, 20 mins East of Asheville, and about 30 mins from Asheville Regional Airport. Once you arrive here you can park your car and walk everywhere.
