Cosy Cottage

Had a great stay here. The accomodation was spotless when we arrived. Great location as well, nice to be out of Rotorua but still close enough to drive to town easily.

Great stay for a family

Really enjoyed the location, spent a lot of time at Boyes beach just a few minutes away, and redwood forest. The house was clean and comfortable, with plenty of things to do for the kids. Would recommend this property, and love to return again.

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay - the house was compact but very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and everything was spotless. The location was great, a very short walk to the lake front, and just a few minutes drive to the beautiful Boyes Beach, and to the mountain bike park.

Great stay

We loved our time here, house was exactly as pictured and spotlessly clean. A perfect spot to enjoy the lake and Rotorua with kids, super family friendly and much better than a hotel with full cooking facilities, multiple bedrooms, etc. The kids absolutely loved the toy selection and the big backyard for races.

Cosy in winter & near everything

The property was nice and clean and had a fire that kept the house very cosy in the middle of winter. It is a short drive to town and outdoor activities, and is an easy walk to the lake and the bird life is phenomenal. A really nice stay.
