Great location comfortable apartment

Excellent location for stuff in the Launceston CBD. A little noisy at night, as you'd expect being in the city centre, but not noticeable enough to impact sleep. Comfortable beds and has all the amenities you need. Host easy to deal with. Pricing reasonable.

Thank you so so much for having us at your beautiful loft. My friends checked in before me and had a little trouble finding the place but the teal door and the name of the place over the door helped as well as the digital booklet and emails. It looks exactly like the pictures inside and has such a warm feel about it and so clean! It was definitely in the best location and the bedrooms all have beautiful views overlooking the park. It was a little bit loud one morning with a few drunk people and rubbish trucks. One night it rained and it was quite loud on the tin roof. I actually love that sound so wouldn’t have minded if I wasn’t so tired. It was also cold one night but there are plenty of blankets to keep you warm!! First world problems though, it was still plenty for us and everything was there, even a washing machine and dryer. The strairs are steep, so wouldn’t recommend bringing a toddler unless there was a baby gate, but wouldn’t want to hinder an amazing location to stay in. Sam is extra responsive and so kind and generous. Thank you for making our holiday so easy!

Beautiful space, lovely light

We had a great couple of nights at the Banker’s Loft. Everything was comfortable and well presented. We appreciated the attention to small details and found the kitchen well stocked with equipment to cook our own meals. Proximity to cafes and the supermarket just a block away were a bonus. Thank you!

Not a bad place, but we had some trouble with the door. The passcode lock didn’t work properly at times, and it took my friends and me several attempts to get in. It was a bit inconvenient, making it hard to access the place quickly.
