Norwood Serenity - ideal for families and groups

Magnificent Executive house which is ideal for families and groups. The house was built in 2017 and is surrounded by contemporary and quality homes.

The space

You will love the feeling of the house - light and bright with plenty of room to move. When you are back from your travels, you can relax and unwind on the alfresco deck, the breakfast bar or the couches in front of the large screen TV with Foxtel.
Guests also enjoy the free Wi-Fi for their stay at Norwood Serenity.

Bedding configuration:

Main Bedroom with ensuite - Queen Bed.
2nd Bedroom - Queen Bed.
3rd Bedroom - 4 x Single Beds.
4th Bedroom - 3 x Single Beds.
5th Bedroom - 2 x Single Beds.

Total of 9 beds which comfortably sleep 13 people.

The laundry features a washing machine . The house is warm and cosy in the winter with two new heat pumps and also stays naturally warm with the sunshine that beams in. The windows are double glazed which makes it energy efficient and also very quiet.

Norwood is a residential suburb 5 kilometres south-east of the central business district of Launceston, Tasmania s 2nd largest city.

Great access to the city of Launceston s Cataract Gorge & First Basin where you will find walking and hiking trails, the world s longest single span chairlift, swimming pool, restaurant, kiosk, café peacocks and wildlife, beautiful gardens, suspension bridge and panoramic lookouts with spectacular views. The house is also ideal to access the highways for adventures North (eg. Cradle Mountain), East (Wineglass Bay) or South (Hobart).

Guest access

A day before your arrival we will supply you with a 4 digit access code for the front door (no need to worry about keys).

Interaction with guests

We will give our guests some space however we are on hand if you have any questions or need us to point you in the right direction with some local tips.

The local corner shop is a short stroll away for the morning paper.
