This beautiful modern house is suited for anyone looking to escape. It is only a 5 minute walk to the beach and right at the base of Pauanui Summit. With the east facing deck you will enjoy all day sun on both ends of the house. The indoor outdoor flow is suited for families of all sizes, it is the perfect getaway.

Sleep out / garage includes queen bed, bunks, toilet and shower.

Only a 7 minute walk into the local Village.
Plenty of lawn for kids.
Looking out to a large duck pond and Mt Pauanui.
Plenty of extra matresses to put out for the kids.

Great quiet location, pond & mountain view and short walk to the beach. Lovely modern bach with everything you need for a great holiday.

Great long weekend away

Nice property. Modern and comfortable in good neighborhood. Located a bit further from beach than expected. We could only get Channel 3 plus 1 on the TV. Would be handy to know that. Hope to stay again as good overall value.

Lovely home and great layout for a big family or blended family. Loved having 3 toilets/showers. Lots of games and adventure playground for the kiddies. Nice quiet location.
